As soon as I entered the empty room on the third floor, Diana greeted me as if she’d been waiting for me. She had already changed out of her elaborate party dress into more comfortable clothes.

“When did you manage that? Weren’t you hanging out with my friends?”

“She asked a passing maid for more cookies. The two of them were munching on everything they were offered, so I lured them with some limited-edition marshmallow cookies I’d prepared. They ate it up—literally. I don’t even know where all that food went, considering how small they are.”

“How much did they eat?”

“Between the two of them, they went through three large cookie tins. Beatrice told me.”

Three large tins? That’s nearly three kilograms in total. Beatrice must’ve come up with a suitable story since she knows they’re goddesses. If anyone found out that two girls who looked barely twelve had eaten nearly 30 kilograms of cookies, the reactions would have been predictable.

“Make sure they don’t get a stomachache later. Eating that much can’t be good for anyone.”

“They’ll be fine. I’ll just use healing magic if they get sick.”

“You should be preventing them from getting sick in the first place, not fixing it afterward. That’s the kind of thing people say when they haven’t raised kids before.”
