Chapter 969: Heavenly Lake Elysium

After he spoke, he turned to Lou Yi and revealed a strange look in his eyes and muttered, “Young Master Lou Yi, do you think...”

Lou Yi nodded slightly. “Brother Shang, your cultivation has already reached the fourth element of the Martial Dipper Realm. When this is over, I will assist you in finding a suitable Origin Dipper. My Lou Family and the Emptiness Drifting Mountain will help you when you refine your fifth fate dipper.”

Shang Xia didn’t know how to respond to that and even Lou Yi and Huang Yu revealed looks of unease.

Ever since they passed through the mist surrounding the Solitary Peak Heavenly Lake and the protective barrier, their journey seemed too smooth.

Huang Yu couldn’t help but ask, “Is it because of our spy?”

Lou Yi’s expression changed slightly. However, he felt that if their spy could really be trusted, he wouldn’t be avoiding them and preventing them from learning his identity. He was basically sure that their spy had other plans and was no longer completely loyal to them.

The next second, they discovered that their surroundings had changed. They were supposed to be standing on a tall mountain ridge earlier, but they seemed to have appeared at the bottom of some sort of crater. The unending amount of water came crashing down from above.

“It’s a trap!”

The thought barely formed in their minds before they were swept away by the powerful current.

Naturally, experts at their level wouldn’t be afraid of some water. Even if the sea came crashing down on them, they would be able to protect themselves with their dipper qi and prevent themselves from being swept away. However... The water that was pouring down from the void this time was the water that had fused together with the Elysium!
