Just as Frank had said, every senior was generous with their knowledge and very kind.
It wasn't until nightfall that Brandon returned to his residence:
"It seems I should indeed choose a secondary profession. Although the teaching level of the seniors in Human Emperor City isn't as high as that of the Heavenly Lotus Sect, it's still sufficient for me to learn."
"But which secondary profession should I choose? I tried artifact crafting today, and it doesn't suit me. As for talisman crafting, I don't seem to have any talent for it either."
After much thought, Brandon still felt that alchemy was the most suitable for him, and he had some foundation in it.
With this in mind, Brandon decided to try alchemy the next day.
To prepare for tomorrow's work, Brandon decided not to cultivate tonight and to get a good night's rest instead.
He extinguished the lights in his room and lay down to sleep.
He didn't know how long he had slept when he woke up.
Although he was awake, he felt his consciousness and senses were somewhat muddled, not as clear as usual, as if he hadn't fully woken up.
