We’re a team!” Su Jiyai scoffed.

You guys doubted me, insulted me, and now suddenly we’re a team?” She smirked.

“Nah.

I take what I mine.” Mei clenched her fists.

“That’s unfair!” Blaze wiped sweat off his forehead and sighed.

“Mei, just let it go.

Ragnar saved Juliet, and honestly, without him, we wouldn’t even be alive right now.” Mei bit her lip, but she had no comeback.

Kars nodded.

“Besides, he mined most of it anyway.

It’s only fair he keeps what he got.” Mei huffed and turned away.

“Whatever.” Su Jiyai ignored her and kept mining.

She quickly stored all the green crystals in her bag, planning to check them out later.

After a while, the cave entrance was almost cleared of crystals.

Juliet rested against the cave wall, her face looking a lot better than before.

Blaze helped her stand.

“We should venture the deeper part of the cave.” Kars nodded.

“Yeah, let’s go.” Su Jiyai dusted off her hands and glanced at the dark tunnel ahead.

The deeper part of the cave looked kinda spooky, but whatever.

She had been through worse.

“Fine, let’s go,” she said, already stepping forward.

Blaze helped Juliet walk while Mei kept making annoyed faces, but at least she wasn’t whining anymore.

Kars stayed alert, keeping his weapon ready.

As they moved deeper, the air got colder, and the walls started glowing faintly with weird blue lines.

“Uh…

this cave is kinda creepy,” Juliet mumbled.
