Beast Hack: Customizing Beasts and Capturing Beauties

Chapter 264 Loreia Declares War on the Aurelius Family's Elite!

Loreia stepped forward, cracking her knuckles as she was now really angry.

She didn't care who they were or even what they wanted.

She only knew that they dared to step on her territory and destroy her apartment.

And now? They were all going to die thanks to their foolish action.

She glanced at Vance and the investigators. "I don't care who you are anymore. You destroyed the apartment, and that's all I need to know."

She tilted her head slightly, cracking her neck. "So let's just end this. I'm going to kill you all."

The investigatros stiffened as they felt the killing intent from Loreia.

Vance, on the other hand, remained still, watching her carefully.

Lucius only grinned as he was amused by her bloodlust. "Sure. Now that Argentis has evolved, you can use it to fight."

Loreia only smirked. "Good."

She turned to Vance. "Let me fight them alone. I want to kill them myself."

Lucius raised his eyebrow before chuckling. "Alone, huh? I like your confidence, sis."

Lucius turned toward Luna and Liora. "Well, let's give our big sister a proper send-off for her first real performance."

He then clapped his hands together. "Luna, Liora—give your big sister a round of applause."

Luna grinned, her eyes shifting between Loreia and the trembling investigators. "Ohhh, this is going to be fun."

She then clapped her hands. "Finally, big sister gets to show off for real. No training wheels this time."

Liroa tilted her head slightly before giving two claps. "Don't disappoint us, Loreia."

Loreia rolled her shoulders, cracking her neck. "Tch. Like I'd lose to this garbage."

She gestured toward Vance and the investigators. "You all better not run. It'd be boring if this ended too quickly."

Vance only frowned as he snapped. "Don't think we're that weak. We are the elite of the Aurelius family."

The investigators nodded, though they were still trembling a bit.

One of them gritted his teeth. trying to suppress his fear. "She's alone. We have the numbers!"

Another nodded quickly, reassuring himself. "We can overwhelm her!"

Loreia snorted after hearing them. "Overwhelm me?"

She arched her eyebrow, tilting her head mockingly. "Oh, that's cute."

Luna chuckled, shaking her head. "You hear that, master? They think numbers matter."

Lucius smirked. "Ah, the classic mistake of weaklings. Thinking headcount is the same as strength."

Liora scanned the investigators. "Numbers only matter if the people involved are actually competent."

One of the investigators twitched at her words. "You're underestimating us."

Loreia grinned as she slowly walked toward them. "No, no. I'm giving you exactly the amount of respect you deserve."

Vance frowned. "You talk too much."

Loreia chuckled, shaking her head. "You haven't seen anything yet."

Vance clicked his tongue, snapping his fingers toward his men. "Summon the Chimawren."

The investigators hesitated for a fraction of a second before nodding.

Without hesitation, the investigators raised their hands, summoning their beasts.

Some portals formed beside them and a moment later their beasts appeared.

A series of massive winged beasts appeared. They were unique beasts of the Aurelius family, Chimawren.

They resembled griffins, but with some difference.

Instead of a lion's body, they had reptilian scales covering their body.

Their powerful limbs had some sharp talons and their wings were unnatural, partially covered in metallic implants.

It immediately made their appearance half mechanical and half living aura.

Even Loreia had to admit that they looked a bit aggressive and terrifying.

Lucius, on the other hand, was really intrigued the moment he saw them.

Even without using his system, he could tell something about them was... off.

To understand them more, Lucius used his system and scanned those beasts.

Lucius was quite surprised, seeing the data in front of him. "Species unkown."

He tilted his head and smirked. "I see... so that's what's truly happening here." Your next read awaits at My Virtual Library Empire

The Aurelius family wasn't just taming beast. They created them by experimenting with them.

Lucius smirked after realizing it. "To think that they did this. Artificial mutations. Forced evolution."

He then frowned after looking at the incomplete or deformed mutation. "But this is incomplete."

He tapped his fingers lightly against his forearm. "Mutations that aren't fully stabilized. Forced enhancements that push them past their limits."

Lucius sighed, shaking his head. "But to think that they're too stupid to let out such a failed experiment."

The Aurelius family, who was so arrogant, couldn't even perfect their own creations.

It was too disappointing but yet it was intriguing enough for Lucius.

He chuckled and smirked. "Still... I wonder what kind of other ebastas they've been playing with."

The Aurelius family was experimenting with beast evolution, but what happened if it was done with his system?

He could do even better than them. Far, far better than them to create a perfect one.

Liora, who kept looking at Chimawrens, turned to Lucius. "Master Lucius, should we assist her?" Although she is strong, these beasts are... different."

Luna nodded, arms crossed. "Yeah, Master. Big sister is powerful, but these things aren't like normal beasts."

She wrinkled her nose slightly. "I can smell something disgusting coming from them. Something unnatural."

Lucius tilted his head slightly, amused by their concern. "Are you suggesting that Loreia could lose against these beasts?"

Luna and Liora both stiffened slightly at his words.

"Not like that!" Luna quickly corrected. "We just—"

Liora also corrected her words. "We don't doubt her strength, but these beasts react differently than normal creatures. They mutate, and that unpredictability could be dangerous."

Lucius smirked, raising his hand slightly to silence them. "Just stay put."

He gestured toward the battlefield. "Watch how your big sister fights."

Luna and Liora glanced at each other before nodding.

Lucius only reminded them. "If she's in danger, then join the battle but for now? Let's see what she's capable of."

Luna grinned slightly. "Fine. This could be fun to watch."

Liora gave a small nod, her cold gaze shifting back to Loreia.

The fight was about to begin.
