Chapter 806 - 806 1 Schools
Chapter 806: Chapter 1 Schools Chapter 806: Chapter 1 Schools Sense of destiny.
This damned sense of destiny has come again.
Ever since Dean Frist pointed out that the Saint of Nostrodamus’s hand may very well be behind Link’s revival, many things happening to Link carried a sense of destiny.
The more he resisted, the more it rebounded.
Link had been able to make up his mind, cutting off the “Small World” he had painstakingly cultivated.
Turning his head around, before long, he obtained a world like amber in a manner he had never conceived.
Intuitively, Link felt that this human-immortal martial world could well become his Destiny World.
And it didn’t require cultivation, just awakening.
Because the traces Link left in the Human Immortal Martial World were substantial enough.
He carried out the arrangements of Mr. Xu Jing, preventing the Human Immortal Martial World from the destruction and enslavement by the White Lotus Saintess;
He practiced the Human Immortal Martial Way and even reached the God Seeing Realm;
He optimized the Human Immortal Martial Way, or rather, created a branch of it—the Constructed Human Immortal Martial Way.
Even though Link had severed five lines of karma and broken free from the shackles, it didn’t mean that he had completely vanished from the Human Immortal Martial World.
The traces of the path were still there.
Even if it was like a dream-like experience.
“Keep a close watch, and inform me promptly if there are any changes, Franda.”
Unsure of how to deal with it, Link instructed as such.
“Understood, Master.”
Franda sweetly agreed.
“Master, Master, what about me?”
Having awakened and completed an evolution, Conelia popped out, clamoring for a task.
“Conelia, um…”
Looking at Conelia, whose pupils had been replaced with flames, Link pondered for a moment before saying, “Provide light and heat for this round of the sun, Conelia.”
The sun in the Sea of Consciousness Little World still fundamentally relied on the favor of the will of the Wizard World, having absorbed a lot.
Now, with even more real light and heat, it felt increasingly authentic.
Perhaps the irradiance of the sun could melt the amber’s shell.
Contend against time with time, eh!
Link’s consciousness withdrew from the Sea of Consciousness, and along the way, he took out the Inter-Dimensional Communicator, attempting to contact Jasmine.
Unfortunately, the communication didn’t connect.
“Did something happen?”
Muttering to himself, Link then contacted Dean Frist.
This time, the communication connected quickly.
“Link, where did you go? Everyone else has gone home, how come only you have disappeared?”
Dean Frist obviously received the news that Link was missing from the selection grounds.
“Dean, it’s like this…”
Link recounted his experiences of entering and exiting the vast expanse of space to Dean Frist without holding anything back, including his decision to re-cultivate.
“Hmm…”
The Dean, upon hearing this, didn’t quite know how to express his feelings.
That Great Sage from the Supreme Council who had a past with Great Sage Revo was he settling private scores under the guise of public duty?
“Don’t resist.”
With that command, the Dean took action.
A guiding light shot out from the main campus world of the academy and brought Link into the world’s interior.
Then came several inter-transfer teleportations.
Link arrived at Dean Frist’s office.
“You’re really going to re-cultivate?”
Dean Frist scrutinized Link for a moment, expressing surprise.
Following that, the Dean remarked, “Think it through. Creating your own faction isn’t so simple. Even Great Sage Mitchell didn’t dare to try lightly!”
“I’ve thought it through, Dean.”
Link replied seriously, “After this trial, I’ve found my own way.”
“Is that so?”
The Dean was skeptical, then shifted the topic, “Speaking of the trial, did you see Elise Clark? Why is it that after the trial finished, and the gateway was sure to open, the Supreme Council still refuses to let Elise Clark return to the academy?”
Link didn’t know the follow-up to that.
“I’m not sure if the one I saw was Elise Clark.”
As he spoke, Link utilized his spiritual power and Magic Power to conjure the image of the White Lotus Saintess he had seen.
Although he voluntarily demoted his Realm, he had not lost his spiritual power or Magic Power, and his control over them remained.
It’s like selling shares, losing control over the company but cashing out and leaving—he still had the money, and he could use it however he wanted.
Dean Frist observed the illusion that Link had created closely, not expressing much, but seemed lost in thought.
A moment later, the Dean said, “All right, I’m aware of it now. You can go back.”
“Thank you, Dean.”
Link gave a bow and left the Dean’s office located in the main campus world of the academy.
Now that he couldn’t teleport, he had to use a transportation vehicle to return to the villa.
On the way back, Link took out his personal smart device and attempted to contact Jasmine once again.
Unfortunately, with the “signal not in the service area,” he still couldn’t connect.
This made Link feel that Jasmine must have encountered some trouble.
It probably wasn’t too serious; otherwise, the Dean would have informed him rather than remaining silent.
Link drove back to the villa, and the first thing he did was to ask the smart steward about Jasmine’s whereabouts.
Indeed, Jasmine had left a message with the smart steward.
It turns out that after Link went to participate in the Supreme Council’s selection, Jasmine received an arrangement from the academy. She would join a small exchange study group and go to an academy in the North Region for academic exchange and learning.
Just in time, Jasmine had many questions about her Beast Taming Wizard training.
What do you think?
