Inside the Mana Chamber, Alden sat cross-legged on the cold, smooth floor. The chamber's walls shimmered faintly, absorbing and amplifying the mana in the air.

The Mana Chamber was one of the best facilities in the academy—a place designed to aid breakthroughs by increasing the ambient mana concentration. For a whole week, Alden had been pushing his limits to reach the next stage.
