She hadn’t expected that Dugu Zhen was not only skilled but also fiercely protective.

“These minions, I don’t even know from which sect they hail!” Dugu Zhen said gravely.

He had been long removed from the affairs of the Martial World and didn’t realize that it had become overrun with so many shameless minions.

Qin Yu and Zhao Xiuya came out of their cabin, having slept all morning, only to feel even more sore.

“We have inconvenienced the senior and Miss Xie!” Qin Yu said, full of guilt.

She also hadn’t rested well, thinking to eat lunch and then sleep for another hour.

Xie Zhinuan stood up and went into the cabin to take Qin Mao’s pulse.

She had Chen Auntie bring water inside, washed her hands clean, and then gently lifted the boy’s lips.
