Dark Magus Returns

Chapter 1125 Finding out the truth of the Golden Globe

The effects of the cursed blazer would only be implemented when it was put on and used. Which meant that Raze had a chance to not be affected by the curse at all. However, not for the slightest moment did he think about not placing it on himself as he picked it up.

"I would never throw an item away that was made by your hands," Raze claimed as he swirled it around himself, and it attached to himself. "Besides, I will need this to compete with him especially." Explore more at My Virtual Library Empire

Raze was looking ahead; not only did Alter have powerful artifacts gathered from countless dimensions, but there was also Idore, who was the greatest crafter that ever existed, and he was sure to have items at the same level as well, kept to himself.

The man that was practically the head of the Grand Magus as well.

When putting the Blazer on, the dark flickering corners of the blazer started to stop swirling and were receding back into itself. Raze could see that the streaks from the shoulders were starting to fade, and the black color that covered it was disappearing.

The blazer had returned, looking like it once had before. 'Oh, so only if the blazer is fully active will it look like that, this is a nice surprise,' Raze thought. In a way, it meant he now wasn't intruding on the original design Sabrina had done for him.

"Simyon, can you tell everyone to get ready to head to the Neverfall Clan base," Raze asked. "The funeral is tomorrow, but we should head there today and make preparations. If you talk to Dame, I think he will know what is best."

Simyon nodded and was ready to head off, and was practically dragging Liam to come with him whether he wanted to or not.

"Wait, what!" Liam shouted. "Is Raze not at least going to tell us what that Blazer does now? Didn't you feel that pulse that went through us? That's clearly something special, he can't just keep it from us!"

Dragging and kicking his legs, Liam wanted to see what the Blazer could do, or maybe even test it. Before Safa went off, she turned to Aurora, gesturing if she wanted to come with them. Although before, she would have jumped at the chance for it to just be her and Raze, things seemed different now that she knew who he actually was, so she decided to go along with her, and if she wanted to later split and head off and explore or head back to the town hall, she would do that.

"What are you going to do now?" Safa asked.

"I will be taking a quick visit to the Dark Faction. I will make sure that Amir has prepared everything from that end; I also need to ask him about the Golden Globe, and if we have to worry about any unexpected visitors. Also, when we get our hands on that thing, figure out how to use it."

Simyon and the others were quick to do their task, as they ventured around the town. They told those that needed to be aware and were on board. Somehow, even a member of the Lost Clan had appeared and stated that they would also make their way to the funeral.

A strange note had been left in Simyon's pocket without him even noticing it had been put there. Which made the Lost Clan even more frightening than he thought. What they couldn't find were members of the Crimson Crane and a couple of others.

Yet they didn't have to wait long until they saw them appearing from the edge of town. The group were heavily beaten up, scars all over their body. The only individual that appeared to be in good condition was Zon.

"What happened!" Liam asked as he saw them all enter the town hall and slump into the various seats plastered around the place. "Did you get attacked by Alter, is everyone alright."

"Don't worry too much," Cronker said. "We were actually the ones who did this to ourselves, we were just playing about with our new weapons, and I'm glad we decided to do it out of the city."

"Right, if we had done it here, then maybe there would be nothing left of this place," Lily answered.

"You guys do know that we might have trouble?" Simyon explained. "The Demonic Faction might not even agree to teaming up with us. Alter could be planning something that causes us to fight each other, or we could be going straight into a war after this funeral."

"Did you really have to go this far against each other?" Simyon asked.

The others had a guilty look on their faces. "We didn't mean to," Tilon answered. "Honestly, the items were just beyond what we imagined, we tried to be careful."

"It's alright," Safa said. "I can help you all anyway." She closed her eyes, lifting her arms up.

Particles started to shine all over the room and particularly on the floor around their feet. A warm glow was felt through their bodies, and they could feel themselves getting energized as well as their wounds closing up.

"This is amazing," Alba said.

"It… really is," Aurora muttered, the only one perhaps who knew how amazing what she was doing truly was.

Meanwhile, Raze had traveled through the teleporter and had headed to the Dark Faction. He was inside the academy, in one of the main halls that were filled with dark wood. He was sitting on the floor, cross-legged, and opposite him, Amir was doing the same.

"I see what you are proposing, I suppose it is fair. In this trade, you get what you want, and in the end, we get our item returned to us and out of the hands of Alter," Amir answered. "I knew that this would be the outcome since I met you, and it benefits us both."

"It seems we will have a good relationship, very well then, I will tell you how to use the Golden Globe, but you might be surprised about what you hear."
