Gu YunCi could only taste a sharp metallic flavor in her mouth as though her teeth were all loose.

Her nose had been injured before, and she was currently obsessed with her own appearance. This brat, Gu Qingxin, dared to hit her face twice!

“I won’t let you off!”

Gu YunCi pounced madly towards Gu Qingxin, but before she could touch her, she felt a dark shadow rushing at her. Gu YunCi screamed in fear as she fell to the ground.

The general’s eyes, sharp as steel nails, fixed on Gu YunCi’s face. He bared his sharp teeth, his fierce appearance scared Gu YunCi into uttering a few hums or hums before she fainted.

The general’s saliva kept dropping onto Gu YunCi’s face. It stared at the woman it had just scared into fainting, considering biting her. But, it deemed biting such a weak creature beneath its dignity as a wolf!

“General, let’s go.”

Hearing Gu Qingxin’s voice, the general stepped off Gu YunCi, came to her side, and wagged its tail for a reward. It acted so cute and silly, far from the ferocity it had as a wolf.

“You did well, I’ll give you meat when we get back!” Gu Qingxin rewarded him by petting his head and then took him to the car.

The car left, leaving only Gu YunCi, unconscious on the ground…

In the car, Gu Qingxin received a call from Bai Qianqian. Bai Qianqian told her about Bai Ruiqing wanting to meet her boyfriend, and planned to meet him that evening.

“Where did you get a boyfriend?” Gu Qingxin was most concerned with this issue now. @@novelbin@@

“I’ve found him. You’ll know when you arrive.”

Gu Qingxin could tell that Bai Qianqian wasn’t feeling the best either- it made sense, considering she liked Bai Ruiqing too. She was being forced to resort to all sorts of measures to force him to give up, even having to produce a fake boyfriend to quench his hopes.

Gu Qingxin arrived at the agreed meeting place. She looked questioningly at Bai Qianqian when she saw the man in military uniform seated before Bai Qianqian.

The man looked to be about 25 or 26, with a short military haircut. His eyes were deep like an ink ocean, high nose bridge like a dangerous peak, his lips were naturally curled upward, his military jacket unbuttoned to show his white shirt- giving him an air of rugged casualness, while still appearing cool.

“I knew you wouldn’t recognize him! He’s my cousin, Qin Yuan. He just came back home, so I pulled him to be a temporary actor. I remember you’ve met him before,” Bai Qianqian introduced him while smiling.

“Cousin Qin Yuan!” Gu Qingxin couldn’t believe her eyes as she looked at the handsome man before her. She firmly remembered Qin Yuan being extremely Fat.

“Let me show you what a complete transformation looks like!”

Bai Qianqian’s face is full of excitement. Qin Yuan is Bai Qianqian’s aunt’s son, their family moved abroad because of her uncle’s job relocation. They’ve kept in touch, but haven’t seen each other for years.

Bai Qianqian heard her mother mention a few days ago that Cousin Qin Yuan has returned to the country. She didn’t take it seriously at the time since they haven’t seen each other for so many years and even if they were close as children, they’ve grown apart.

Bai Qianqian initially didn’t have high hopes. She knew that Qin Yuan was a fat child, and she thought that she was lucky enough to pull anyone into this act. But who knew her cousin would surprise her so much!

“You two girls have grown into beautiful women,” Qin Yuan smiled and got up to offer a seat to Gu Qingxin.
