Destroying My Own World

Chapter 409 Set and stone

"What do you think? Do you think you can handle them?" Amaryllis crossed her arms and looked at Sasha.

"Where did you get these things?" Sasha was a bit shocked as she looked at the bodies that resembled Mykel's, but they were different from him. The things that looked the same as him were their bright yellow eyes and pale skin. "Are they alive? And why does my power resonate with them?" She slowly turned her head to look at Amaryllis.

Amaryllis brought Sasha to her place and showed her the bodies that she had retrieved from that space. She hadn't explained anything to Sasha because she wanted Sasha to look at them first before she explained it to her. She wanted to make sure that Sasha and those beings possessed the same power before she decided to ask Sasha to use them.

"You can say that these bodies are Mykel's prototype, failed products before Aevia managed to perfect them and became Mykel. So to put it simply, they're Mykel's ancestors, but their powers had been removed from them and they're nothing but empty shells," Amaryllis explained as she stood beside one of the bodies to show Sasha that the body was lifeless.

"If she took their powers, then why do these bodies still release the power from their bodies?" Sasha asked and looked at one of the prototypes from up close.

"Let's put it like a meat being cooked. Even after you take the meat from the pan, you can still smell the smell of meat from the pan because the remaining fat is still on the pan. It's exactly like that and even with only the remaining power that lingers on these bodies, they're still quite capable of devouring a universe," Amaryllis answered.

Sasha hummed and looked at dozens of bodies that were displayed by Amaryllis, floating above the ground like statues. She hadn't tried to manipulate the power within those bodies nor used hers to manipulate the bodies.

"What do you want me to do with these?" Sasha asked.

"Make them yours, control them, nurture them, turn them into your own army," Amaryllis answered like it wasn't a big deal.

"What?!" Sasha stared at Amaryllis in disbelief. "What am I going to do with these? What if I lost control over them and turned them into something we would regret?" She asked and couldn't imagine how dangerous it was to use those bodies and let those bodies regain their power.

"Mykel could do it, and you should be able to do it as well since you have mastered the power of the abyss, no?" Amaryllis raised her eyebrows and looked at Sasha. "Also I'll make sure that these bodies will follow your command by modifying their nature. Their insatiable for annihilation will be more bearable for them to endure," she added.

"Bearable? Not erase it entirely?" Sasha furrowed her eyebrows with a confused look.

"It would be a waste since we are going to need that trait from these bodies since our plan is to destroy all the worlds that Aevia had created. We are going to use them to devour the world while we are dealing with Aevia from the past. We will destroy both her world and her past at the same time," Amaryllis explained as she nodded her head.

Sasha thought about it for a second and realized how convenient it would be for them if they had these bodies as an army. She knew exactly how many worlds that existed in the Archive, and it would take forever to destroy them. If she used them as her army, they would be happy to devour those worlds and they had no emotion or feeling which made it easier for her to control. It was a win-win situation, and the more they devoured the worlds, the stronger they would be and the faster for them to prevent Aevia from using her past self to fight Mykel and Elena.

"What do you want me to do?" Sasha asked.

"It's simple..." Amaryllis smiled and was glad that Sasha agreed to her request. "I want you to possess these bodies with your power. Once you possess them, you should feel connected to them, and you would be surprised once you find out what you're capable of doing with these bodies," she continued.

Sasha took a deep breath as she closed her eyes and then released the abyss within her body. As soon as her power and the power that had been oozing in the air started to resonate. Sasha's power started to devour the abyss and turned them into hers, and then she put the abyss back into those bodies. Enjoy new chapters from My Virtual Library Empire

In less than a minute, all the lifeless bodies slowly moved their fingers, regaining the life that was taken from them. Sasha who felt every single one of them within her fingertips, started to control them with her thoughts alone. Not long after that, all the bodies that resembled Mykel's suddenly changed their appearance to those that resembled Sasha.

Sasha opened her eyes and she was surprised when all of the appearance of the bodies turned into her. She felt uncomfortable, and when she thought of the people she knew in real life, each one of them changed into those people. It felt convenient and somehow those bodies looked at her as if she was their creator, their master to obey.

"How do you feel?" Amaryllis asked as she stood beside Sasha.

"I feel overwhelmingly good..." Sasha was surprised when she felt the gratification from those bodies that she controlled. "I can feel them inside-out, and I don't know how to explain it," she added.

"I think it's time for you to test it out. Try to control them and do what you want them to do," Amaryllis said as she looked at the bodies in front of her.

Sasha didn't know what to command them to do, so she decided to let them have a spar with each other. The moment she commanded them to spar, they all fought without hesitation and the scariest part was they fought with full power.

Amaryllis wasn't prepared for that and the clashes created a powerful black hole and cracked the space that she made. The power they released sipped out and destroyed the other spaces that she had, devouring them until there was nothing left. Sasha who noticed that immediately told them to stop, but the damage had been done.

"Sorry..." Sasha looked at Amaryllis and felt guilty for what she did.

"It's alright, and it's a good thing that they're capable of using their power, but one thing that bothers me though," Amaryllis responded as she observed them. "Their power is a mess, and as you can see some of them overwhelm the others. The older version of them could barely control their power and couldn't use it properly," she pointed out.

"Yes, I can feel it as well. There's even one that couldn't use it at all as if they're not used to controlling the power since they have been living in the power rather than controlling it," Sasha nodded in agreement. "But that won't be a problem since I can try and train them all. I know how the power works and how to teach them to control it. So, can you lend me a place where I can use to do that?" She looked at Amaryllis.

Amaryllis smiled and then snapped her fingers, opening a portal for Sasha. She then pointed at it without having to say anything, and so Sasha and her army entered the portal.

Amaryllis thought about the preparation and she believed she had done all the things they would need. There was nothing else she could do or at least as far as she knew, and so she focused on Aevia's power and analyzed it thoroughly once again. But, when she was about to analyze it, Lyneth came to her space where nobody should know and could access it without her permission.

"How did you get here? Nobody should be able to enter this place," Amaryllis looked confused.

"Is it really surprising even though you know the power that I have?" Lyneth asked back and looked at how weird the space she was walking on. A place where it had nothing but moving and floating numbers, letters, symbols, and other things that she didn't know what those were. "Also, it's not important right now. The reason why I came here is because I want to show you something," she pointed out and looked at Amaryllis holding the ball of light.

Before Amaryllis could open her mouth and ask what Lyneth wanted to show her, she saw the space behind Lyneth start to distort. She saw countless realms appearing behind Lyneth, and some of them were the realms that she had created for herself. But then she was shocked when she saw the space where Aevia, Mykel, and Elena were.

"Wait... is that..." Amaryllis looked at Elena curled on the ground while Mykel was protecting her from Aevia.

"They're going to be fine, but that's not why I'm here," Lyneth said and she didn't need to turn around to look at the realms. "This is what I want you to see. You were there back there, didn't you?" She asked as she showed the realm in which Aevia was shackled and chained to the clock.

"Yes, I was..." Amaryllis nodded her head. "Why do you ask?" She looked at Lyneth.

"I want to bring her here, and I want to read all the memories she has," Lyneth answered as she turned around. "After we got it, we kill her and get rid of her," she added.

Amaryllis looked at Lyneth's cold expression that she had never seen before. The coldness of Lyneth's expression was similar to Mykel's and how it oozed such pressure like Mykel's.
