After playing with his children, Davis went to search for Myria.

He wanted to exchange knowledge with her after many months of research and engaged in studies and perhaps some passionate nightly affairs for the next few days. After they were done, they sat on the sofa comfortably, discussing a few matters, even about Ellia's marriage with him, wondering how he should go about it later on.

"For Ellia, I believe your companionship is more important than fanfare. Maybe you should take her away somewhere and go on a journey for a week or two."

"Makes sense." Davis couldn't help but nod, "She has always been this girl who doesn't look at anyone but me. Even the opinions of my parents didn't matter back when we were little because she always listened to me."

Myria smiled lightly, her eyes smitten. "She said you have a strong inclination to be a leader."

"Pfft." Davis scoffed, "I still remember leaving the house to her before running around exploring and training my skills, even researching the apex treasure to the best of my ability. If I hadn't taken those steps, perhaps I would've been in a very different place."

He couldn't help but suddenly reminisce about how he had used Fallen Heaven against two big armies. If he had remained complacent within the royal castle and taken no action, his entire Loret Family would've been done for as he had seen in the derailed fate.

He bet he could see many other derailed fates with Fallen Heaven, but it was better not to know them since, on the current scale, many powerful entities mingled with his journey. He didn't have a good feeling about viewing such a thing once again, feeling like it would have untoward consequences.

There was also the matter of those strange gnawing entities that came from somewhere to devour. There were simply too many mystical things for him to be using as he pleased.
