Chapter 2536 Trust The Plan
-----
Genesis glanced at the battlefield, her rainbow-colored eyes squinting as she realized the battle between enemies was going incredibly smoothly thanks to the powers of Fate and hers combined. As the two controlled the conflict and forced the mutual destruction of their enemies, two large groups threatening the Giant Realm of Skyfall were defeated already, the Demons led by the Fifteenth Great Duke of Hell, Eligos, and the Humans led by the Powerful Mighty Atlas and his Pilot.
While Eligos was killed by Mighty Atlas, Mighty Atlas was then taken down by the Dream Plane Cloud, which brought him to another Plane. Genesis couldn't see what his destiny was, but she was sure he wouldn't return for a while at the very least, and if she was lucky, he would be caught by some incredibly powerful monster and killed.
Other smaller threats such as the Generals were also killed, the strongest of the Demon Generals, Kralax, ended being rather troublesome, but ultimately bite the dust against the Dream Plane Inhabitant, although that inhabitant had become strange after killing Kralax.
Meanwhile, the Galactic Human reinforcements were taken down by the second Chaotic Vessel, as Hammiel and Red Miner attempted to destroy it, a mighty and monstrous being emerged from the Chaotic Plane, naming itself the "Fifth King of Chaos" its power was overwhelming, and it allowed the Red Miner and Hammiel to push themselves to their deaths in an attempt to put it back where it came from, which thanks to Genesis intervening with the Spatial Domain of the area and closing the gate in time, allowed her to sent that threat back where it came from.
If anything, she was very proud of how things had turned out!
However, it was way too soon to call it a victory, and there were great sacrifices today as well, several Gods died, including Hades, one of the strongest Gods of Genesis, a blow that even now Genesis felt terrible about, despite how cold she could be at times.
"Fate, the Demons and Humans are out of the picture, right?" She asked.
"Yes, but there are threats that remain, we cannot completely secure the Realm yet," Fate said. "What are you planning, Genesis?"
"Nothing for now…" Genesis sighed. "We must continue watching. What are the foes left?"
"Chaotic Plane and Dream Plane… Outer Gods and Spirits are nowhere to be seen. It seems they left the Realm before we arrived to stir conflict." Fate explained. "Probably to reinforce other areas… Or perhaps something else happened."
"What do you see in the future, Time?" Genesis asked the Supreme God of Time.
"…I can see too many things," Time said. "However, the reason behind them leaving… I can see a bit of it, a glimpse. The Outer Gods left because their leaders are planning something. You should know by now that their forces had been split right? The large cracks at the eastern zone of the Astral Road leading to the Spiritual Plane in specific… The area that sucked several Realms inside, it has another crack, it leads to a world known as Abyss."
"Abyss?" Genesis asked.
"It is where Kireina and the rest are currently located…" Time said. "The Outer Gods are in disarray, apparently, it seems several of their leaders died against Kireina and… the Ruler of Abyss, a mighty Vampire Emperor of unfathomable power whose strength surpasses common sense."
"Two out of their three leaders are gone?!" Genesis asked. "Then aren't that good news?!"
"The third one is doing something suspicious in Abyss, it is probably aiming to take over that World, which seems rich in many rare resources in the universe," Time explained. "They're dividing their forces. The Outer Gods can be born endlessly from their Outer Plane, but even then, the time in which they're born takes time. Therefore they're dividing the forces from Genesis towards Abyss. It seems the last standing leader desires to prioritize Abyss over Genesis. So they might be rather absence aside from key areas where they cannot leave their dominion."
"Interesting…" Genesis nodded. "So that Kireina is helping us even when she's not even in this world anymore… How irritating to think about."
"Can you explain what's happening with the Spirits then? Time? Fate?" Astra asked, looking rather worried about the future.
"I can glimpse at the future created by fate and destiny too," Fate said. "The Spirits… They might be gathering into a single point. Something powerful is coming… incredibly so." Enjoy more content from My Virtual Library Empire
"Yes, they will soon begin something big," Time nodded. "For now, secure Skyfall and Eden, their World Essence is essential for your strength, if you want to hold back what they're bringing along, Genesis."
"Hmph, this is not just my problem, and you know it," Genesis said. "You better work hard as well, Time. No slacking around anymore."
"Hm, I don't slack around… You seem unable to understand the weight that my powers put into my mind, body, and soul," Time explained. "But that's to be expected of such an arrogant being such as yourself. All these years and you have barely grown at all, Genesis."
"What did you say?" Genesis' powerful Aura spread everywhere, her pressure was immense and tremendous. "You've become rebellious as well, Time? So you don't care about this world either?! Just how many of you will betray me?!"
"I am not betraying you," Time said. "I only spoke my mind, I want you to understand that you need to change, Genesis. You need to do better, or your world, our world, will end."
Genesis looked into Time's eyes, suddenly seeing strange visions.
"W-Wha…?! NO!"
She gasped for a moment, seeing the destruction of her precious world made her almost scream.
Then things went back to normal. It was brief, yet it left her completely shocked.
"You saw that future and you didn't tell me before?!"
"Now I did."
"Tch…"
Genesis glared at him angrily, but didn't do anything else. She knew he was too important and powerful for her to hurt him, that would only end up ruining everything.
"I want those Chaotic Plane bastards and the Dream Plane monsters gone! Fate, lead them to their demise as quickly as possible!" She demanded.
"I am doing what I can, calm down… Things are slowly getting there," Fate smiled. "Trust the plan."
