Accompanied with the ruthless voice of a woman, Frank felt a sudden shockwave of cold magical energy rushing down towards everyone.

"H-Huh?!"

And then, Frank's eyes widened, realizing he couldn't move, or even breathe, the cold energy the woman fired down towards them completely paralyzed their magical and lifeforce energies in place.

A magecraft like nothing they had ever seen before, something that completely and utterly nullified them from even doing anything at all!

An instant-win trump card?!

"T-The fuck?!"

"Erika and Frank- Matsuo too? We can't move?!"

"Ah! Shit, this is…?! Don't screw with me!"

Not only was Frank paralyzed, Erika, Harumi, Matsuo, but all of them were also paralyzed right there, unable to move or do anything independently. They were left alone with their very thoughts. In fact, they couldn't even breathe.

Indeed, breathing, the beating of their heart, everything was paralyzed… Or more like frozen, as if they had been frozen in time.

They simply couldn't quite understand what was going on, they didn't felt suffocated by being unable to breathe or feel their heart beating anymore but…

It was bizarre!

What kind of magic was this?!

Who conjured it?

"W-What the fuck is going on?!"

As Frank couldn't help but slowly fall into despair, he looked around desperately… or well, he tried to. Only his eyes could move slightly, as if the one that conjured this magic allowed them the privilege of not paralyzing their thoughts and eyes, so they could see and admire the situation they were in.

"Paralyzing a bunch of kids like you isn't any hard thing to do…"

As this happened, as Frank and his friends couldn't move a single inch at all, the woman above them smiled, pointing her hands at them, her powerful, immensely strong aura of pure magic seemed almighty, something beyond the realms everyone here had achieved.

Did they even have a chance against her to begin with?!

Was using Elfina and the rest just a game for her?

It felt like she didn't even need to use them…

"Now, I'll kill you all except Frank, I want him fresh and alive for master to devour after all, heheh~!"

As the woman giggled, and Frank felt frustrated and furious he couldn't do a single thing. Even worse, as he heard her words, and what she truly meant to them.

She was going to kill his friends and only leave him alive, forcing him to see as she slaughters these friends he loved, only to leave him "fresh" so he could be devoured.

Devoured by what?

Whatever thing this monster of a witch wanted to feed with him, Frank simply didn't want to find out!

And what's worse, all of what was happening right now appeared in neither of Frank's dreams of the future or any of his fragmented, unreliable memories.

These were all new events, new things happening, a new future was being shaped by his actions influenced by the knowledge of this hypothetical future.

Perhaps a much worse future at that…

"Is this my fault?! Have I condemned everyone to an even worse future because I tried to change it?! Was the death of my parents necessary to save everyone else? I… What do I even do now?!"

Frank was in shambles; he simply didn't know what to do anymore. Anything he tried was fruitless, there was no power within him, nothing that could go against this witch's Absolute Magic.

As he and his friends began to fall into the darkness of despair…

Suddenly.

FLAAASH!

Out of nowhere.

Light!

Yes, the brightest, holiest light everyone could have ever seen there.

Even the witch above, preparing herself to kill them, was shocked, her eyes burning by the blinding light.

"Uaaggh?! H-Heavenly Light?! Wait, that thing is not just a spirit, a real angel?! Uunggh! It burns!"

As she panicked while groaning in agony, she covered her face and suddenly, Frank and his friends realized what was happening.

A bright white light manifested from White's hands! The replica of the holy spear had unleashed such powerful light, managing to completely dispel the paralysis effect everyone was under in that very moment.

"W-We're fine?!" Matsuo gasped for air. "W-What's going on right now?!"

"I don't know but we have to get out of here!" Erika cried. "That bitch isn't something we can handle! My papa… I need to call him!"

"I doubt we got the time to call your father either way, Erika!" Harumi cried. "Frank! Are you okay?!"

"Haah… Haahh… Haahh…!"

Frank was gasping for air as he kneeled above the floor, he was trying to overcome his panicking, but it was a hard thing to do, as he was still in shock.

"RUN!"

White's Replica didn't even start talking like everyone else, she literally had no time for that, and she knew that a single second of delay meant sure death for everyone.

She hurriedly grabbed everyone with her large arms, surprising them due to the sudden events happening one after another, and then flying away as fast as possible.

FLUOSH!

Frank looked at White with awe as the angel had grabbed everyone with her giant hands, even Elfina, Sol, and Fiere, and flew into the skies as quickly as possible.

"Where are we going?!" Matsuo asked.

"We'll break through the domain's walls or try!" White said.

"I guess we really don't have any other options either way!" Erika nodded.

"Wait, what?! She's here already?!" Harumi's panicking words quickly sent chills down the spine of everyone.

And indeed, she was here already.

Her shadowy figure emerged behind them, moving at lightning speed- no, practically teleporting behind them.

The holy light barely got them enough time!

"Where do you think you're running?!"

As she laughed viciously, she unleashed countless shadow tentacles, reaching White's leg before she could do anything and dragging her towards them.

"Uuuggh?! T-This magic is…?!"

She gasped in disbelief, realizing her legs were suddenly showing her internal divine and magical circuits, which began to quickly become corrupted and turn black and red.

Her very internal structure was being corroded and consumed!

"Did you think you could trick me? You're no angel, but a mere imitation. I will simply trace your Magical and Divine Circuits and then… reverse them like this."

"Aaaahhh! F-Frank…! RUN!"
