Chapter 212: Unworthy of Magnanimity
"Your days of playing God end here, Outworlder!"
A thundering and heavy mature male voice reverberated through the scene as two hands, each massive in size, emerged from the space rift and grabbed both sides of it. Like tearing cloth from a torn hole, the two massive hands stretched outwards as they tore open the space rift even wider.
Then emerged from the widened space rift was a gigantic foot, slamming into the earth as it caused earthquakes to spread for hundreds of thousands of miles in the surrounding area. Finally stepping out of the space rift, an entity standing three thousand feet tall stood before the Desolate Realm space rift, his physical appearance matching that of a giant. Yet despite its colossal size and height, the giant was still tiny compared to the enormous and tall space rift of the Desolate Realm.
The giant stood hundreds of meters from the hovering silver-haired Patrick and his group. His large, deflected spear plunged deep into the earth beneath them. The giant wore a robe made of the scaled skin of an unknown beast, with arm guards stopping at his elbows and a dragon's skull as a helmet.
With an impassive and murderous glare, the giant stared at the group in the distance, his body constantly radiating with endless ancient energy, indicating his status and identity as an ancient figure with at least trillions of cycles underneath his long unhygienic beard reaching his chest.
The giant outstretched his right hand as his spear vibrated intensely before launching back to him and into his grasp. Catching the spear, he heavily impaled it into the earth, creating another catastrophic wave of earthquakes and the shattering of the space barriers.
"I care little about this pathetic outskirt of a realm, so erasing you with it will be no strain, Outworlder. Your brazen act of exterminating the ancient family brats was commendable; even the pretentious Heaven Realm lads and lassies wouldn't have accomplished your feat. At least not in a day.

I see you made allies with an ancient fairy. An impressive feat, you know, making a fairy ally with humans, no less an ancient one.
And you must have made quite a fortuitous encounter, seeing from the utopia of a realm you created, Athos, was it? Not bad. I will be claiming that once I eradicate you and capture that ancient fairy. Your otherworldly knowledge would be useful in our future conquest."
The giant spoke, his voice unceasingly shattering the space barriers, and his presence even affecting reality. He then suddenly removed his helmet with both hands as he settled it on his plunged spear, revealing his bald head. Then, staring at Patrick with an ominous intent, the giant's body erupted with an ancient aura as he spoke.
"Pretend to be the god all you want, boy, but heed my words; the Desolate Realm is a place beyond your comprehension; it holds entities and secrets transcending the annals of this Universe itself; you are unqualified to even stand before it. Attempting entrance is an indirect declaration of blasphemy to our Immortal Cosmos, pre-mandating your annihilation."
The giant spoke, his voice reverberating through the scene.
But contrary to the giant's intimidating presence, the other party simply stared at him with unimpressed gazes. Their leader, the silver-haired Patrick, hovered with hands behind him as his cape gently fluttered behind him.
The one thousand primates and the three hundred King XZ droids all had serious faces as they stared at the giant. The droids had red eyes, with golden lines of code ceaselessly scrolling through them.
But then, a low, resonant chuckle echoes through the void as Patrick drifts forward, his silver hair glinting with golden sparks, his rings of omnivastance pulsing with infinite power. His golden eyes narrow with a nonchalant smirk, exuding an aura that bends reality itself.
"For an outdated old fool, you do blab a lot. I don't play God, nor am I one, for the very concept of godhood lies beneath my will to manipulate. Your Immortal Cosmos trembles at the thought of my existence, let alone my shadow, yet you stand before me pre-mandating my annihilation, pathetic."
Patrick then held out his right hand as a universe formed over his palm.
"The fate of your existence lies in the tip of my fingers, and so is your puny Immortal Cosmos. I'll drag your precious little realm into oblivion myself, so, cherish the little time you have left, treat it as an act of benevolence, a grace period if you wish."
Hearing this, the giant's eyes relaxed, his face slowly assuming a suspicious countenance as he stared at Patrick with squinted eyes. But clenching his fists, the giant's body erupted with a cataclysmic killing intent, his energy exploding in an instant, pulverizing everything in its wake as it spread into the horizon.
But upon the existence-erasing energy almost reaching Patrick, the ultimate bodyguards, the King XZ droids, flashed before him as they simultaneously stretched their hands toward the incoming attack.
<+ Nullify +>
The droids sounded in unison as the giant's energy wave instantly vanished upon arriving ten meters close to Patrick.
"…"
The scene suddenly turned silent as the giant stared at the droids with interest. His calm face assumed a grin as he murmured, "Interesting!"
Then, wearing his helmet, he grabbed the long, gigantic spear, removing it from the earth; as he threw it at Patrick, the spear tore through space and reality, simultaneously reaching him. But again, the droids lined up before Patrick as the spear pierced through their mechanical bodies like a hot iron going through a sponge.
The spear pierced through the first droid, but simultaneously, the droids' eyes scrolled with endless gold codes as they communicated beyond Planck time, transcending the concepts of even high-dimensional readers.

At a speed equal to time stop, the droids communicated and evolved, their physical appearances transforming into glowing black liquid substances. Their previous skins and attires were replaced with the Omni element, Transcendatium, the very element created by their God Creator, Patrick Alexander King.
The giant's spear pierced through the first droid, but upon their instant evolution, the spear hit the second droid, bouncing off its body like a wooden toothpick bounced off an iron wall. The spear's metallic sound echoed the scene as it shattered the mending space barriers.
But before the spear could drop, the giant stretched his hand again as it flew into his grasp. This time, the giant lost his impassiveness as he stared at the droids with a shocked expression. His eyes widened even more with disbelief as he watched the previously pierced little object suddenly reform into a brand-new existence, matching the other two hundred and ninety-nine in its group.
"What's wrong, scared?!"
Patrick's voice sounded, drifting through the droids, making an opening for him. He still held the universe in his right hand, his left hand majestically placed behind him.
"It's not that you are weak and paltry; I am simply too overpowered to be trifled with. Your strength as a peak mid-stage Heaven Realm does indeed place you at the top of your ranks, but the likes of tiering and comparisons become superfluous in my presence."
Patrick said, canceling the universe on his palm. He steadily drifted closer and in equal elevation to the giant with hands behind him.
"You stated earlier I was unqualified to enter the Desolate Realm; now let's see if you are half as qualified and strong as you blab."
Patrick said, slightly turning his head sideways. Raleigh simultaneously shifted below him as he respectfully spoke, "At your service, your Primordial Highness."
"I gain no thrill in killing you, little giant, but I am no pacifist either. Survive a blow from one of my Cardinals, and I shall spare your pitiful existence."
Listening to Patrick, the giant's face turned dark with calm. Then, boom!
An exaggerated booming sound exploded throughout the scene, causing the entire Immortal Realm to tremble, despite its massive size. This just goes to show the power of a Heaven Realm being, where a planet numerous times larger than Earth 101 was merely their playground.
Following the thundering sound was an explosion of chaotic ancient energy, which even cracked reality; the space barriers were already shattered as they scattered throughout the scene. The energy radiating from the ancient giant pierced the skies, overshadowing the previously blackened skies with purple and golden colors.
"Insolence!" The giant spoke, his hand tightly gripping his spear, "Mistaking my tolerance for weakness would be the greatest and last mistake of your existence."
"Ancient Order, Giant's Dominion."
The giant spoke with an outstretched left hand as a golden glow appeared from his palm and instantly covered the entire Immortal Realm.
Seeing them covered within the glow, "A little giant trying to play god, cute," Elaine said as she gently poked the void; simultaneously, the golden glow covering the Immortal Realm evaporated into nothingness, like vacuumed dust.
"And you can stop your insecure display of manhood." Athena snapped her fingers as the erupting chaotic energy was suddenly contained within only ten meters of the giant. The Immortal Realm regains its calmness once again, with all the destroyed landmasses reforming into their original states and the space mending instantaneously.
The giant halted mid-rage as he stared at the group. His gaze fixated on the females; the godly display of powers, erasing his Giant's Dominion and restricting his aura, was yet another baffling sight for him. But then, the giant noticed the red-haired man beside the silver-haired young man steadily drifting towards him.
Knowing the reason behind the man's approach, the giant's eyes turned red as he bellowed, "You think it's that easy to take me down? Begone!" as he mightily impaled his spear at Raleigh,"
As the spear shattered space and approached him, Raleigh maintained an impassive face as he lazily held out his left hand and caught the spear barehanded, his body not affected by the recoil in the least, let alone damage.
The giant expressed yet another disbelieving face as he stared at Raleigh, "Impossible!" He bellowed with denial.
But slowly raising his right hand and making a flicking curl with his fingers, Raleigh spoke, "In my Master's presence, impossibilities are nonexistent," then flickering his fingers, a loud sound reverberated as reality, space, and a portion of the scene itself got blasted from existence, blasting the upper half of the giant into oblivion with it.
With his thighs and up of his body gone, the lower half of the giant stood there planted in the earth. The once domineering and ancient figure of the giant was nowhere to be seen.
Holding a portion of the giant's spear, Raleigh casually rotated it and sent it plunging before the lower half of the giant. He then turned and bowed to Patrick as he said.
"My Lord, it appears the little giant was unworthy of your magnanimity, even after restraining my attack."
"... Nevertheless, you were generous enough to let him reincarnate. I'm pleased."
"The fulfillment of your will is my greatest desire, your primordial highness. Please see my actions as insignificant."
Patrick nodded as he drifted towards the massive space rift, Limitless steadily floating behind him. Approaching the space rift, the space crack began larger and wider, the unknown energy sealing the Desolate Realm rhythmically pulsating like a beating heart.
"A seal by a Heavenly King realm entity. Judging from his inability to mend the rift, it was caused by a higher existence, reasonably an early-stage Heavenly Emperor. Since an attack from any realm beyond that would have distorted the fabrics of this reality, let alone the Immortal Realm."
Patrick said, looking at the seal completely covering the rift, which went up millions of miles in the sky.
"Astute evaluation, Master. The space rift was indeed caused by an early-stage Heavenly Emperor realm cultivator who traversed this universe in search of the Desolate Realm. It has been sixty trillion cycles since then.
But in his desperate search for the Desolate Realm, the Heavenly Emperor cultivator was ignorant of the possibility of other existences emerging from the other side, leaving the space rift with intent to return if he entered the wrong dimension."
"And since he found the Desolate Realm, he didn't bother with closing it."
"Correct. The opening of the space rift invited anomalies such as the Desolate Beasts. They are creations with the only purpose of exterminating and preventing outsiders from entering the Desolate Realm.
But unaware of this fact, the rulers and ancient powers of the Immortal Realm of that time saw the space rift as an opportunity, forming alliances and deploying trillions of troops into the rift. Of course, this caught the unwanted attention of the Desolate Beasts, inviting their endless invasion into the Immortal Realm.
It was only after the two-immortal-cycles-long war that the Heavenly Kings decided to seal the rift. And since the seal needs a constant supply of energy to maintain, the Qi within the Immortal Realm has been depleted over the last trillions of cycles.
It is also the reason why the beasts' invasions occur every millennium cycle or less."
"But yet the Immortal Cosmos continues to use the citizens of this planet to satiate the ravenous natures of the Desolate Beasts. And has the Immortal Gate act as the gatekeepers and regulators of the Desolate Realm.
"Yes, Master."
Patrick chatted with Grace, confirming his calculations and evaluations, which were always true. This passive nature practically makes him omniscient if discussed. And that's not accounting for his senses, which extend beyond the past, present, and future simultaneously.
Stretching his right hand over the space rift, Patrick touched the seal. "This universe will soon be a vassal realm under Athos, and since that's the case, it falls under my protection, break."
Patrick uttered, as the ancient energy blocking the space rift suddenly evaporated. Upon the restriction placed on it being gone, an overwhelming suction force erupted from within the space rift, devouring the surrounding heavenly Qi and shattering the space barriers simultaneously.
Yet, despite the powerful suction force, the group remained unaffected. Athena, Anastasia, Thalia, and Elaine casually drifted beside Patrick; their capes were not even affected by the suction force. Anna's mini version hung on Patrick's braided hair, as if afraid of being sucked in; of course, she was being dramatic and playful.
But holding mini-Anna from his hair, Patrick caressed her tiny head as he spoke to his wives, "What do you ladies say we go have some fun?"
"If you mean thrashing the avatars of gods, then count me in," Thalia said, her figure steadily drifting backward towards the space rift.
"When have I ever said no?" Athena said, looking at Patrick with a graceful smile, her system sounded off continuously as she blessed him with every ability she wielded. Not that they were effective, but it's the effort and intent that counts.
"Well, I don't think I want to be the only one staying behind," Anastasia said, arranging strands of her hair from her face.
"Since this is our first adventure, I wouldn't want to miss it for anything."
Elaine said, her innocent eyes permeating with excitement.
"Can you guys stop the lovey-dovey already and let's go? Those avatars are not going to thrash themselves." Thalia said with a cute retort.
Seeing his impatient and rebellious wife hovering with folded arms, Patrick smiled as he said,
"Fine, let's go."
Soon after, Thalia was the first to vanish into the space rift, followed by Anastasia, then Elaine. Athena flew beside Patrick as they also vanished into the void. The three hundred evolved King XZ droids, now called Transcended Omni Droids, also vanished after Patrick, since they were his bodyguards.
With his Master and Omni Queens gone, Raleigh ordered as the one thousand primates bowed to him before vanishing into the void. With his one thousand entourage gone, Raleigh stared at the massive space rift as it simultaneously mended; being an Array Multiversal God himself, he formed an array over the entire Immortal Realm before vanishing from the scene.
What do you think?
