Ryu's eyes shot open.

"Hubby?" Elena awoke to a set of cold lips on hers. Yet, she felt a sense of warmth and comfort when she saw that set of familiar silver eyes looking down at her.

Tenderness, loving emotion… and all in a single instant of time, Ryu was transported back to the moment.

He remembered it well… the day he lost his virginity to this woman he loved so dearly. He had forgotten how long he had made her wait for this moment, and then he remembered the sheer inadequacy of the moment.

He had done his best, but the strength between their bodies was too much. He could give her as much pressure as she wanted, but he couldn't go as fast as she was craving, he couldn't sense and react to the shifts and changes in her mood with enough sharpness.
