"What do they want?" I thought.

The system never failed me. So one among them had shown a desire to kill me. But they can't do it inside the campus.

So where do they get courage from? A question appeared in my mind. Then I thought of yesterday's attack. My expression grew serious.

Lately, my enemies have been getting restless. Don't tell me that they had found someone to attack me. I quickly connected the dots.

Then I ignored them and started eating the food.

Those guys are different. But these people are strangers.

With doubt, I continued eating. While doing that, I was trying to come up with a solution. I was more eager to see what they were up to.

Suddenly, I thought of the Zero Puppet. It's been some time since I had used the Zero Puppet. I don't know if the puppet eavesdropped on the conversation of these people.

A quick gleam flashed in my eyes.

I turned around and sized up the capacity of the canteen. There were dorm students coming and going.

While looking around, I found a janitor's room not far away from me. It was just a couple of steps away.

After having the food, I took the food plate to the cleaner.

On the other hand, the Beast Taming Wizards became serious.

"Let's go," one of them said.

The next second, the group stood up and got ready to leave at any moment. But they were waiting for Vincent Carey to leave first.

At the same time, I left the place and started heading towards the janitor's room.

"Where is he going?" The Beast Taming Wizards were shocked.

"Maybe he is going to the washroom?" his friend replied.

The puppet came to life.

"Master," Zero's blue eyes flickered.

I smiled and said, "Someone is targeting me. Stay inside the room and eavesdrop on the conversation happening inside the canteen."

"If you find anything about me, raise your hand. Then I'll bring you back here," I added further.

"As per your command," the Zero Puppet replied.

I grabbed its shoulder and appeared outside.

The door was still locked.

"Stay here. If anyone comes closer, then raise both your hands," I said to the puppet.

"As per your command," the Zero Puppet replied.

The next second, I appeared inside the Gregor Mansion and entered the control room to watch from the control mirror.

Outside,

The Zero Puppet's blue eyes flickered. Its hearing function started operating. It could hear all the conversations happening inside the canteen right now.

It started to listen to everything. At the same time, the puppet looked for keywords and hostile intentions towards the master.

On the other hand, the Beast Taming Wizards were patiently waiting.

Some of the wizards from other departments had noticed Vincent going to the janitor's room. They thought Vincent was using the washroom as well.

The Zero Puppet continued to stand while eavesdropping on everyone's conversation.

People left one after another. The canteen closing time was also nearing. The unusual behavior of the Beast Taming Wizards attracted the attention of the staff.

They had all been seeing these people waiting for someone. Yet they continued to wait.

The person who had the magic scroll spoke.

"Master, I have recorded every conversation," the Zero Puppet replied.

"Let's go and look at the control mirror first," I said.

Then we entered the control room and walked up to the control mirror.
