This scene took everyone aback; the great toad had only taken action once before, which was to swat away those two spies, but then it had not made a move since.

Now, finally, it had acted again, and this time its intervention was spectacular. Amidst the awed stares of the crowd, the Hidden Mountain was now in combat with the massive head of the Annihilation Nine Headed Serpent. It was truly a battle between colossal creatures, inspiring awe in all the onlookers. Though the Annihilation Nine Headed Serpent had only one head, countless huge serpent heads were conjured by the Annihilation Evil Flame along its body. Despite Hidden Mountain's formidable strength, it was evident, after several clashes, which one was stronger.

But not all spectators were just watching the show; Flame God and Ye Wu exchanged glances from afar before shouting in unison, "Let's go." Two fire phoenixes, each a kilometer long, transformed into twin streaks of fire, one to the left and one to the right, rushing toward the fierce battle between the two massive beings. The kilometer-long fire phoenixes, which had seemed immense before, now appeared somewhat insubstantial. However, Flame God and Ye Wu did not join the fight directly; instead, after letting loose a resoundingly clear and piercing cry of the phoenix, they attached themselves to either arm of Hidden Mountain.

Once attached, they rapidly spread over Hidden Mountain's body, enveloping it in a blink into a toad covered in flames of two different colors. Moreover, Hidden Mountain's arms had turned into two exceedingly sharp claws; a closer look revealed that its toad palms had transformed into phoenix claws. Toad hands sprouting phoenix claws was a peculiar sight, yet Hidden Mountain felt an immense relief—an aid in the nick of time, although not from itself, but from Flame God and Ye Wu.

In the recent clashes, Hidden Mountain had been at a disadvantage due to the lack of sharp claws, reduced to merely slapping at the serpent's head with limited effect. While lost in frustration, she suddenly discovered that not only had she gained a set of Flame Armor but also two sharp claws. Her fighting spirit surged as she once again threw herself into the fray with the serpent's head.

The earth-shattering battle between Hidden Mountain and the Annihilation Nine-Headed Serpent had alarmed Ling Yi and others who had occupied the Annihilation Palace. Ling Yi had intended to activate the World Suppressing Stele, but just as he was about to place the Supreme Order on it, he felt intense vibrations and immediately rushed out of the Myriad Demons Palace to investigate. Remember not to follow too closely, and try to use long-range spell attacks to hold them back. Once we finish off this serpent, we will immediately head to support!" Ming Wanjie had barely finished speaking when the void next to him twisted, and Dao Zhun appeared, looking up at the colossal creatures and shouted, "Ancient Primordial World's Yu Fan Taoist Monk, Myriad Gods Hall's Po Jun, Canglan River Realm's Si Ye stay with me to battle this great serpent.
