Ye Zexian was amused by his actions and said to him, "Serves you well, who asked you to be greedy."

"But they taste so good!" Zi Han gasped as he blew air through his mouth.

His daddy rolled his eyes as he said, "Come here and drink cold milk. Your tongue will end up getting blisters if this continues."

Zi Han smiled at his father as he turned to follow him.

On the other side, Zi Zan walked over to the main door and saw Chen Mi walk out of the house along with Ye Liu. The two of them walked over to the main door and asked the mammies standing outside,

"What's going on? Who is outside?" As it was still early they were quite surprised that someone came to look for them.

"It's the daughter and father duo from the Ding family," Mammy Chou answered Chen Mi with a polite expression. "They say that they are here to apologise to Little Mai about what happened yesterday and they also wanted to ask if they could sign the contract for the rice paddy."

When Chen Mi and Ye Liu heard that the visitors were none other than Ding Nuannuan and her daddy, the two of them hesitated.

However, they could not turn the two away as they were here to discuss business. But——

"Then what? Let him hover in front of our wife shamelessly?" Chen Mi questioned angrily as he was not at all willing to let Gu Mo hover in front of his wife like a pesky fly.
