" Is everyone ready?" Samuel said with a beaming smile on his face. He was like a kid in the candy store when he saw that most of the van was modified.

It might even be illegal but he didn't care about it right now, he knew that despite it's bulky size, he could push this thing hard and do pretty cool stuff which were all the things of nightmare for the 'passengers'.

" Why is everyone so quiet? It's been so long since I drove during a mission. Do you still remember our intense run in the Congo? It was awesome! I will try to bring the same excitement but I don't know of I can do those things in such a boring road." Samuel looked at people in the back and said in a cheerful tone.

Arthur was silent because he didn't really care so as long as they arrived safely but others were different. Steve and others were already scared by the idea of Samuel driving, it was perfectly synonym to the phase 'Jesus take my wheel' because other than god, they couldn't predict what would happen next!

Now that he wanted to up the antics, they knew that whatever they had for dinner would soon seen the light of day again!

Samuel ignored their grumpy atmosphere and started the van and dashed out of the narrow dirt road to head toward the large road that would lead them to the city.

The van accelerated on the road with Samuel handling the bulky van with ease. It would take impossible turns flunging it's passengers around like they were on rollar coaster.

" Who the fuck gave him the keys? Can't you have just picked something normal? Why is this Van so fast?" Steve said glaring at Drake as became the villain who procured this monstrosity.

A van is suppose to be safe and reliable not have powerful engine rivalling sportscars! Jane had her eyes closed as she completely disconnected herself from reality.

Physical realm? It didn't matter to her. For her everything was fleeting and every had to die. It was like she was having a mini philosophical crisis going through Samuel's 'smooth' driving.

Cho had a stern expression on his face which was mostly how he looked but the small beads of sweat on his forehead told the state of mind he was in. Speaking anything would only lead to more problems so he silently endured still he did give Drake a hateful glance as this all seemed to be his fault!

" Shh....quiet down. What do you think the boss would do if he hear you complain. Haven't you learn that he would just take it up a notch knowing all of us are uncomfortable? I only asked the guy to send something reliable and robust, who would have known that in his eyes this was the thing that he thought we needed." Drake whispered his defence but it wasn't working.

Samuel chose to ignore their plea and kept driving soon merging on the highway where he could completely let go. With large speed limit, he wanted to test the van's limits.

The passenger who were lamenting about their fate felt a jolt when he suddenly accelerated the vehicle to it's limit. Even Arthur secretly grabbed the handle beside his seat.

As an old man, he had driven almost everything that included fast sportscars that were made to rule the road but this was not a supercar but a silly van.

It didn't have the same luxury which meant Samuel who would occasionally avoid rough area of the road would weave through the lanes like a madman. The honestly thought, traffic police would detain them for reckless driving but for some inexplicable reason, Samuel seemed to be aware of the cameras and even spotters cars hidden at the side of the bushes waiting for such reckless drivers.

Samuel would either slow down and act normal or would perfectly go few notches below the speed limit. Everyone inside the car knew their prayer to be saved by police was futile.

Their boss was a monster that would never be caught, even if he do get into a police chase they were sure he would try to outrun them just to prove a point!

After some back and forth they finally let go of their mind from thinking about what would happen if they crashed. Samuel might seem like a drunk driver but he was very efficient, they just needed to get used to his strange way of driving.

To reach their destination, they had to take a detour all around the Estate to head to the city. The forest was on the other side of the Estate entrance. With all of it being a private property they wouldn't be able to take any shortcut as nothing passed through the Estate not even planes or helicopter other than what was authorised beforehand.

It took some time but they were finally on their way toward the place where Greens lived. The property was nothing to scoff at, a prime location much closer to the city but it was nothing compared to Rothschild residence.

Greens were a tightnit group and had vst connections so when they find out that someone from direct lineage got hurt they sent a lot of people to find out whothe culprit was but even through their massive intelligence network they weren't able to find out who did such a cruel thing to their boy.

Their only hope was that he could recover after which identify who brazenly attacked one of them. They might not be a central power but they jad many cards up their sleeve.

Even if it was someone stronger than them, they were confident enough to handle it because they had the backing of British royals. Monarchy might have lost all their powers aftee the country embraced democracy but these old giants still had a lot of pull both in goverment and the private sector. The Greens were very good with forging connections and bringing benefits for their allies. Now that they needed help, they knew these parties wouldn't refuse their 'requests'.
