Chapter 618 Swallowed by a Black Hole

Before going to the battlefield, Jack required a lot of information about the battlefield. Of course all of the information was provided to him by his mother. And the moment that he received the information, the information was multiplied by 100 times.

After the multiplier effect was applied, the information that he received was intense. It turned out that the battlefield was created by the other civilization, and not the members of the blue planet.

This came to him as a surprise considering that he was not expecting that the members of the other civilization were the ones that were going to create a battlefield, just to make sure that they did not affect the entire planet.

But after thinking through it for a moment, Jack realized that the reason why they created the battlefield was simply because they did not want to destroy the target that they were having. If it was just a person that they were here for, if the battle affected the entire world, perhaps the target would get killed accidentally during the crossfire.

Additionally, by making sure that the entire world was not disrupted, that implied that it would be way easier for them to find the target that they were having, instead of searching through a chaotic crowd.

In any case, with the information that he was provided to him by the system after the multiplication effect took place, Jack got a good understanding of the entire battlefield.

It turned out that this battlefield was not meant for just fighting between the two civilizations, but instead, it was also a place where the members of the other civilization were monitoring everyone that was entering into that place.

This was just another method that they were using to find the target in case the target actually appeared in this place.

Jack was not really sure if the information that his mother had given him, about him being the target, was true. But nevertheless, it seemed that the other part had already thought that the target would possess supernatural abilities. If that was the case, then that meant that they were going to appear in the battlefield at some point in time.

Nevertheless, Jack did not care much about this. To him, not only was he curious about the other civilization, and their aim for attacking this planet, he was also curious about where they came from.

If possible, Jack wanted to pay them a visit. Perhaps they might do the opposite, instead of defending the invasion, they might actually conquer the other party instead. Of course, that was a big dream, and Jack understood the dangers that were aligned with it.

Nevertheless, there was no big dream that could not be accomplished. Some of the dreams could be accomplished as long as a person gained the required resources and support.

As for the current him, this dream that he was having in his mind was definitely not impossible considering that he possessed the hundred times income multiplier system. So, with it, as long as he gained enough time, he would definitely be able to complete this dream.

To another matter, the entire force organization had already been taken over by Jack. This was something that he had done immediately after he entered into the stronghold domain.

It was during the time that they were taking over the force organization that they realized that the first organization was actually trying to form a collaboration with the other civilization.

This deal was not something that included the entire force organization, but still, the majority of the higher-ups of the organization were involved.

It was amongst the plans that they were having that they should take over a stronghold completely, to enable them to carry out their own plans secretly.

They were planning on placing several chips in the entire Stronghold domain. This way, the other civilization would be capable of controlling the entire stronghold domain.

According to the force organization, they thought that they didn't have much chance of winning the battle against the other civilization. So, instead of waiting to be killed, why not just collaborate with them, and give them what they wanted so that they could live?

It was a pity that until the time of their destruction, they did not know what it was that the other civilization was targeting. But they were not that far away from gaining that information.

It was just that for some strange reason, after gaining the information from those that had been captured and tortured for information, that information was not multiplied by 100 times by the system.

According to the system, there was something that was prohibiting the multiplier effect. But that was something that was supposed to be impossible considering that the system had never been prevented from carrying out its functions ever since he had gotten it.

It was also during this time that Jack finally realized that it seemed that the system was not that omnipotent. But the moment that he thought that, the system prompt appeared in front of him.

Could it be that the information was of a high level, or it involved some creatures or things that had gone beyond his level? Jack could not understand that.

As for upgrading his authority to the next level, it was not that far away. The required conditions were simple, one, he was supposed to get married, something that was still in progress. Second, he was supposed to start an organization that was going to be well known within the entire stronghold domain.

That was something that he had already completed. It had taken a very short time for him to be able to create an organization of almost the same level as his mother. In any case, it was not as if the system required him to dominate the entire stronghold, it was just that this organization had to be well known with him the entire Stronghold domain.

To make sure that this happened, Jack had decided to focus on the small strongholds. In each of the small strongholds, there was a small branch of his organization that he had created, the Silver organization.

The next one was for him to gain absolute control over a stronghold. That was something that he had already completed after he had taken over the Devin stronghold.

Now, the only thing that remained for his authority to be upgraded to the next level was to get married. But, that was something that was still in preparation, and could not be completed right now.

Getting married was not just a matter of fulfilling the system condition for the next upgrade, but it was his next stage in life. He was going to start a family after he got married. So, everything had to be done in the correct way.

The spaceship that was required to reach the battlefield was already present within the group that was led by his mother Anne. So, Jack did not have to undergo a lot of trouble in order to be able to procure a ship.

It was true that the stronghold that he had taken over, the Devin Stronghold possessed spaceships, but still, they were not the best ones within the entire stronghold domain. So, why would he waste the chance of enjoying the flight in one of the best ships present in the entire world?

The ones that were going to the battlefield together with Jack were Celine, Denali, Samantha, Olivia, Faith, Katelyn, George, Jonathan, Wendy, Angy and his mother Anne.

While inside the spaceship, Jack suddenly felt uneasiness appearing in his heart. He tried looking around, but he did not notice anything strange. Even his mother was okay. According to the fact that she possessed the majority of the abilities that he possessed, how was it possible that she could not detect the same thing that he could detect?

Although he could detect that there was something that was causing him to be uneasy, he could not identify it. And as time continued moving on, instead of reducing, this feeling just kept increasing.

Jack felt tense at this point. He could not understand what was happening, but he somehow felt that he was in great danger.

The uneasiness that Jack was experiencing was noticed by Celine who was seated next to him. She looked at him and asked with concern clear in her eyes, "Is everything okay Jack?"

The moment that she asked the question, everybody around looked over. They noticed that currently, sweat was trickling from Jack's forehead. They could not help but get a little worried.

Jack opened his mouth, wanting to reply about what he was feeling. But just after he had opened his mouth, even before he said anything, he suddenly felt that he was being pulled somewhere.

Then without giving anybody a chance of reacting, a black hole suddenly appeared where Jack was seated, before it swallowed him.

Everyone with disbelief and horror on their faces, looked on as the black hole disappeared the moment that Jack disappeared into it. Celine had tried to follow could not match the speed of the closing black hole.

"Jack!" Almost everybody that knew about Jack exclaimed as they looked at the empty space where Jack was before.
