The red ring that had formed behind Se-ah also grew larger, slowly ascending into the sky, emitting a sacred light.

The ring, like a mosquito coil, gradually disintegrated, flickering and glitching like a broken TV screen or a bugged video game, a foreboding sign.

The soft glow that had been emanating from Se-ah intensified, forming a halo of light.

All the students in the center area could sense that the disappearing red ring was some sort of countdown.

The ominous magic, accompanied by countless screams, engulfed the area.
