Ning Ruixin kicked him irritably, “How can you miss such a big living person? What are you all doing? Keep searching! Don’t stop until the last moment! I’ll see where this brat can run off to!”

Old K sighed and left to carry out his orders.

Ning Ruixin paused and looked towards the source of the voice. The newcomer was a young man with pale skin and delicate, handsome features—a total pretty boy.

He was dressed in a white suit, with a tall and seductive woman in his arms. His eyes landed on Ning Ruixin with a heavy dose of mockery.

Ning Ruixin gave him a disdainful look, “Oh, I was wondering who it was? Turns out to be my fiancé, Shen Qiao’an. Aren’t you supposed to be at the front waiting to be seated? What are you doing here?”

“Seeing you so troubled, I couldn’t bear it,” Shen Qiao’an said with a smile, “Yichen left a while ago. You didn’t see any news of him at the airport because it was my people who sent him off on a private plane. Right now… he should have already arrived in Yanzhou City, shouldn’t he?”

Ning Ruixin shot him a cold glance and looked away, as if even an extra second of viewing was too annoying.

She picked up the walkie-talkie: “Old K, it’s over. Initiate Plan B.”

After speaking, she exhaled a ring of smoke and tossed the cigarette butt at Shen Qiao’an’s feet, saying coldly, “We’ll settle this account later.”

Shen Qiao’an didn’t move an inch, caressing the slender waist of the woman in his arms, watching Ning Ruixin leave nonchalantly.

But as he watched Ning Ruixin’s agile retreating back, his eyes momentarily blazed with intense heat.
