Chapter 41: 041 Planned Trajectory (Seeking to Read Further)_1 Chapter 41: 041 Planned Trajectory (Seeking to Read Further)_1 Casio lifted his head and gave him a cold glance.
In the original trajectory, Li Wei’s teacher was still Lixia, but Li Wei was not her only disciple. He also had a junior male disciple and a female disciple. The male disciple’s name was Damo, and the female was known as Sharon.
Although the three were from the same school, their relationships were extremely strained. Especially between Damo and Li Wei, maybe because of competition, Damo was always setting traps for Li Wei in any way possible.
What was especially frustrating was that Li Wei couldn’t defeat him, which was rather laughable. Li Wei was more advanced in mastering the Elephant Soul Secret Technique and was more proficient at the Wind Elephant Fist than Damo. However, he just couldn’t seem to win against Damo during their in-school sparring matches as if something in his character limited him.
This was why, after Casio delved into his memories, he felt that Li Wei was rather oppressed. He obviously had the strength but was bullied by the weaker people.
Ridiculous and absurd.
While Casio was reminiscing a bit, a blond-haired Damo walked over with a furrowed brow: “I’m talking to you!”
“If I recall correctly, those exercise equipments should have been fetched by you as per teacher’s instructions. Do your own work.” Casio spoke indifferently, using a white towel in his hand to wipe the sweat from his forehead.
“Yo, getting moody now? What’s up? Changed your nature?” Damo stroked his slightly stubbled chin and laughed.
Previously, whenever he asked Li Wei to fetch something, Li Wei would silently do it, without any complaints. The chores that Lixia asked Damo to do would be handed over to Li Wei. After the chores were done, Damo would take the credit without ever mentioning Li Wei.
Over time, this had become a habit, even an unspoken agreement. When oppression became the norm, any resistance from the oppressed could seem unreasonable to the oppressor, causing a shocking anger.
That was exactly how Damo felt right now.
A little surprised at first, he immediately became angry: “Be good and move the exercise equipment for me, I’m only giving you ten minutes!”
“Do it yourself.”
Casio didn’t want to deal with him at all. If it wasn’t for the circumstances, he would’ve slapped Damo’s face long ago. Casio turned around and headed towards the light grey clothes placed not far away by the wall.
“What did you say?!”
Damo’s tone was overtaken by noticeable anger.
“I said do it yourself.”
Casio said the same thing, he wasn’t the type to be a pushover like the previous owner, Li Wei. Unless it was someone Casio respected, or someone he was willing to accommodate. Even with a gun pointed at his head, one could not expect him to beg for mercy.
This was evident in the Archaeological Ruins Incident.
“Hey, feeling energized, huh?!”
Damo looked at his fellow disciple Sharon and felt his dignity taking a hit. He abruptly took two quick steps and rushed over.
He swung his right fist, an action consistent with the Wind Elephant Basic Combat Technique. The fist traced in the air, aiming clearly.
The target was Casio’s left shoulder from behind.
Thud! Slap!
The first was the sound of the fist colliding, followed by the crisp sound of a slap on Damo’s face. Casio suddenly turned his body around.
He maintained the movement of giving a punch and a slap. His well-defined muscles flexed and contracted with a strong sense of power.
On the other hand, the attacking Damo took several steps backward. He first shook his hand, shocked by the fact that Li Wei’s strength was greater than his. He then blankly covered his cheek, where the skin was starting to sting.
He was hit. He was hit by a dork who was practically mute? This brief moment of surprise quickly turned into rage.
“Hold it right there!!!”
Damo abruptly stormed toward the door, swinging his fist vigorously as if using the explosive techniques. Casio simply ignored him, took his clothes, put a towel around his neck, and walked out as if nothing had happened.
He could hear the wild rushing sound from behind him.
Casio plucked at the sweat-soaked towel around his neck.
With a smack, he hit Damo in the face.
Then, slightly sidelong, stopped with his left foot and jolted his shoulders forward. Damo, with eyes tightly closed, let out a stifled groan and was sent flying by a powerful force, crashing into the ground with a thud.
A series of footsteps approached.
Casio looked down at Damo who seemed to be in pain.
“Remember, the Li Wei starting today is no longer the Li Wei of the past, he will live life in a completely new way. I don’t want to see your arrogant and provocative demeanor again, or else I will beat you up each time I see you. Got it? Wet your pants.”
Casio’s gaze shifted to Damo’s lower body. For some unknown reason, his pants had started to dampen there.
“You!” Damo’s eyes widened in humiliation and anger. He had just woken up from a nap holding a full bladder, planning to visit the training room and then relieve himself. But unexpectedly he ended up fighting with Li Wei and got sent flying, unable to hold it in and causing a big embarrassment.
Sharon, a newcomer nearby, was looking at him with an unusual gaze, which dealt a huge blow to Damo’s self-esteem.
“Ah!” He let out a cry of despair and attempted to climb up.
But he was kicked away by Casio standing beside him.
A long wet trail was dragged out on the floor.
“Go piss yourself slowly.”
Casio draped the towel over his left shoulder and turned to leave.
When he reached the door, he suddenly turned back: “Remember to mop up the pee you’ve sprayed on the floor and open the windows for ventilation.”
As he left the training room, Casio heard a stifled roar of rage behind him. He smiled, and briskly walked out of the grey building.
Standing at the entrance, Casio glanced at the bright blue sky.
The clouds in the sky were moving quickly under the push of the wind. Looking at them for too long was dazzling. Bright rays of light filtered through the gaps in the clouds, spilling golden fragments upon the ground and buildings.
He took a deep breath of fresh air, the ornamental trees on both sides of the gravel road ahead rustled in the north-south breeze.
In the upper right corner of his field of view, the original sixty-day time scale suddenly increased by about half.
The time of stay jumped from sixty days to ninety days.
“Li Wei, the feeling of bravery is wonderful, isn’t it…” Casio whispered something only he himself could hear: “Such an increase all at once shows you’re even more eager to become a real man than I expected…”
“Whoosh….”
A flock of white pigeons flew across the sky, flapping their wings.
On the tree-lined path from the training room to the cafeteria, a tall and fit youth was walking on one side. He occasionally glanced at the buildings and roads on both sides, seeming a bit unfamiliar.
The breeze stirred the tree crowns, casting shadows on the ground.
Casio suddenly turned his head to look at the distant end of the road. A figure was approaching, with long legs catching the eye, full-bodied and lean. Even from afar, it was appealing.
Still the familiar beige combat suit, except Casio’s address for her had changed from instructor Lixia to master.
“Li Wei, are you going to the cafeteria for meals?”
“Yes, Master.”
