I Was Caught up in a Hero Summoning, but That World Is at Peace

As I walk down the road with Hina-chan, I ask her about cakes. If either of us were good at cooking, we could have made one ourselves, but unfortunately, neither of us has the skills to bake a cake.

Well, since we’re planning to celebrate tonight, making a cake ourselves wouldn’t have been an option anyway. Not that we have to do it today, and it’s not even Aoi-chan’s birthday or anything, but we’ve already settled on doing it today, so rescheduling feels out of the question now.

[If it’s just the three of us, a whole cake would be too big, right? It’d be better to buy a few different slices and let Aoi-chan pick what she wants. Anything leftover can go into the magic box and be eaten later, so we can just get whatever catches our eye.]

[That sounds great! Also, magic boxes are so convenient, aren’t they? Being able to store things without them spoiling is a lifesaver in situations like this.]

[Yeah…… but since we can store them, sometimes we end up buying too much, and then it takes forever to finish everything.]

Honestly, I’ve done that before, just throwing a bunch of stuff into the magic box and forgetting about it. I still have a lot of uneaten sweets stored away.

Sometimes, they come in handy unexpectedly, but if it were a lower-quality magic box, it probably would’ve gotten stuffed full by now. Luckily, the one I have was made by Kuro, so it has an absurd amount of storage space and I've got no issues with it but……

This food guide really is useful, I use it all the time…… Even just as a read, it’s pretty entertaining. If it were published as a book, I bet it would sell like crazy, but Kuro doesn’t seem interested in that.

Since Kuro runs multiple business companies, she’s naturally involved in various product developments, but food touring is just a personal hobby for her. That’s why she keeps it separate from her business ventures, so I doubt she’ll ever sell the guide publicly.

Closed shops are removed, and new ones are added. Incidentally, this latest edition includes Nifty’s shop, which Kuro gave a perfect 10-star rating. The store description? Completely filled with her thoughts on baby castellas.

Since Shiro-san’s Blessing is an upper-tier version of all Divine Blessings, it grants the same effect, ensuring that no matter how many calories I consume, I won’t gain weight or become ill.
