Chapter 917: The Millanir Deal

Chapter 917: The Millanir Deal

"T-This is...?" Shuwrak Zahara was too stunned to speak as he stared at the pile of Storage Lanterns strewn about in Inala's house. With an expression of utter shock, he stared at Inala to ask, "Please tell me I'm not dreaming, right?"

"You are smart enough to discern dreams from reality." Inala chuckled in response. Only the Storage Lanterns were out in the open. All the Biome Bombs had been stashed away, since he had no intention of revealing them here.

"Is this what every Brully is capable of?" Shuwrak Zahara inhaled a sharp breath, "I never knew about this. There are practically no records of your Race that aren't super old, outdated, and missing a bunch of information."

"Yes, they are capable, but just not this fast." Inala said and patted his chest, "My secret allows me to be this fast."

"I see..." Shuwrak Zahara then stared at Inala to ask, "Is your intention to trade these Storage Lanterns with me for benefits?"

"Nah, there's nothing special I want to trade them." Inala shrugged, "I already have access to everything I could need. My proposal is something that's personal to you."

"What are you getting at?" Shuwrak Zahara asked, honestly curious, since the Millinger data indeed helped him leaps and bounds. He had strengthened his foundation by a lot and rectified the original faults.

At present, he was confident in building his Human Avatar until the 7-Life Stage without issues in his stack. And as long as he relies on the data to further strengthen his foundation, it wasn't impossible to reach the 10-Life Stage.

All this information in order to build a stabler Human Avatar would be something generations of Free Humans with the build would figure out and gather information through repeated trial and error. Over generations, Free Humans would enter higher levels of the Life Stage with the build until eventually, it would be perfected and one of their descendants would reach the 10-Life Stage.@@novelbin@@

If someone could reach the 10-Life Stage, it meant the cultivation technique had been perfect and the building method for the Human Avatar too had zero issues. After all, even the most minor of issues would be magnified to an alarming extent once someone reached the 7-Life Stage and above.

The data he gained was so valuable that Shuwrak Zahara was confident in reaching that endpoint all by himself. That was only thanks to his trade with Inala, which was why he was curious about what else the Brully before him had to propose.

"This is my Spirit Weapon," Inala created a small Billakin Hammer and gave it to Shuwrak Zahara, "It has the power to forge Spirit Weapons out of any mineral."

"The one who became the Major Treasure of Weapon forged a Human Avatar out of Billakin, the name of this mineral." Inala chuckled, "Of course, I have no idea about his cultivation technique. So, I cannot help you in this regard. Moreover, it's only available in our hearts, and there just aren't enough of us to form a Human Avatar with."

"I see," Shuwrak Zahara inspected the Billakin Hammer with interest. Unfortunately, the Spirit Weapon before him, though made using Billakin, couldn't be used to build a human Avatar.

It was Inala's Spirit Weapon, and was rich with his Prana. Even when ground to powder, it was filled with his influence, which would directly invade the Free Human who builds a Human Avatar out of it, turning them insane.

It was a corrupted mineral, and required a strenuous refining process to remove all traces and purify the mineral. That technology was only available with the Brimgan Empire. And currently, they only had it to purify Rutham.

The refining method was as difficult as the creation of a cultivation technique. Therefore, unless the mineral was available in abundance naturally, no one would attempt to use it.

The only other way to source pure Billakin was a Brully heart. And that was an extremely scant resource already, which was why Inala said he couldn't help in the matter.

Shuwrak Zahara knew that, which was why he was excited, since Inala had revealed such a secret to him, the payoff would be so worth it that Shuwrak Zahara wouldn't even think of capitalising on this fact.

"Spend the next few days here," Inala said and spontaneously began to hammer his left hand the moment Shuwrak Zahara nodded. He sprinkled some tusk bone powder on the left hand and hammered nonstop, "This is how I made the Storage Lanterns."

Eight days later, his left hand had been reshaped into a one-storey Storage Lantern. He casually severed it and watched another one grow in its place.

Inala grabbed the severed arm, removed the flesh bits, and handed over the one-storey Storage Lantern to a tired Shuwrak Zahara with dark-circles, "This is my Spirit Weapon."

"Try it and see for yourself."

"Damn," Shuwrak Zahara used his psychokinesis to refine the Storage Lantern and watched it shrink, "This is just like what the Mammoth Clan produces."

"It's the same product." Inala grinned and pointed to his left hand, "And I only need to sever this part to gain as many as I need."

"Why are you telling me all this?" Shuwrak Zahara grew tense in response, 'He even went to the Sandy-Grey Void before this. If he had created a Spirit Weapon using the Major Treasure of

Weapon...'

Inala could kill him with a single hit if that were the case. He had claimed he failed the endeavour, but Shuwrak Zahara couldn't trust the claim.

However, contrary to his worries, Inala simply pointed at Shuwrak Zahara and said, "Your situation at the Wean Clan is pretty complicated. It's just a matter of time before you lose your status here."

"However," Inala continued before Shuwrak Zahara could interject, "Without the Wean Clan's support, you cannot get Millingers to satisfy your need for Millanir. However,"

He grinned and pointed at his left hand, "You can obtain as much Millanir as you want from me."

"You can create Spirit Weapons, yes, but that's not what I..." Shuwrak Zahara retorted, but his voice was drowned by the sounds of Inala using his Billakin Hammer to repeatedly smash a Storage Lantern.

After a few hours, all that was left behind was tusk bone powder, at which Inala pointed, "Touch it and see for yourself."

"It's..." With shock, Shuwral Zahara blurted, "A pure mineral."

"Obviously," Inala grinned and patted his Billakin Hammer, "I can forge Spirit Weapons from minerals and also reduce Spirit Weapons into their mineral counterpart. During the process, all influences within the mineral get flushed out through the hammer hits."

"Do you understand what I'm getting at now?" Inala grinned and pointed at the one-storey Storage Lanterns, "They're for you to store your Millanir within."

"You're...one terrifying Pranic Beast." Shuwrak Zahara wiped the cold sweat covering his forehead and exclaimed, "Remind me to never make an enemy out of a Brully."

"No, feel free." Inala waved his hand in a hurry, "If anyone from my Race is alive out there, they'll enjoy facing an opponent as strong as you. Even if they're killed by you, they'll go out with a smile."

"Exactly why I want to refrain from fighting you guys." Shuwrak Zahara muttered under his breath. All he did after that was let out a sigh and nodded at Inala, "Alright! Thank you for the

offer."

"Great!" Inala extended his hand towards Shuwrak Zahara, stating after noticing the awkward silence from the latter, "Do a fist bump. My hands are too big to shake yours."

"Ah...right," Shuwrak Zahara promptly reacted and did a fist bump. Inala's strangeness had distracted him from the fact that he had basically sold his cultivation technique, along with all his secrets in exchange for Millanir.

Inala simply gave Shuwrak Zahara plenty to think about that the latter wasn't even able to

analyse fully.

The fact that a Pranic Beast was able to clearly picture his standing in the Wean Clan alarmed

him. Pranic Beasts didn't understand human societies since they didn't interact with Free Humans beyond the battlefield.

It was the same for Clansmen too. Pranic Beasts didn't have an idea, since they never had an opportunity to observe such places.

Even the Librarians of the Gold Varahan Library didn't understand the Wean Clan's politics

much since they couldn't go beyond a certain area. It was the same for Inala too, but thanks to his experience of living in the Mammoth Clan, Cooter Clan, Quip Clan, Ganrimb Kingdom, Brimgan Empire, and also the Varahan Empire, minimal interaction was enough for him to understand what was happening at the Wean Clan.

Besides, he was directly responsible for the divide between the Wean Clan and the Varahan

Empire. And it was thanks to his support that Narkahamy had grown enough to become the Varahan Empire. Therefore, Inala had a complete understanding of the situation at place.

Shuwrak Zahara's misconception of Inala being a normal Pranic Beast was the cause for his fluster, which was why he wanted to create a way out for himself and readily accepted the

trade.

"I'll give you enough Millanir for ten people to reach the 10-Life Stage. Is that enough?" Inala asked, chuckling upon seeing Shuwrak Zahara's surprise, "It's only right that I treat you

well."

"Thank you." Shuwrak Zahara expressed his gratitude, wore a Glove Slip, recorded the Gold

Millinger Art in a Vara Slip and handed it over to Inala, "It has both my cultivation technique

and all the insights I gained from the Millinger data in strengthening my Human Avatar's

foundation."

'Sweet! He has also included how he used Yarsha's method to gain his Secondary Nature. This

is exactly what I need. It'll serve as a great reference!' Inala didn't show it on his face but was excited, 'It was good that I promised him an extra batch of Millanir. It was worth it.'

He only needed to sever his left hand a few extra times, so it wasn't even that difficult to do.

In comparison, his gains were pretty much astronomical.

"I'll begin right away!" Inala chuckled and began to revert his left hand into his original

claws. Following that, he took out a small pouch from Shuwrak Zahara that had the latter's reserve of Millanir, sprinkled it on his hand and began to hammer.

'It's like taking candy from a baby.' He chuckled and hammered happily. The cultivation

technique had already been perfected by Yarsha Zahara, so he didn't have any issues and could readily begin the process.

There was enough excess Millanir to be turned into a Spirit Weapon using his Major Treasure

of Weapon if Inala met any hiccups along the way. "You can get some sleep in the meantime."

"This will take a few days." Inala said and chuckled upon seeing Shuwrak Zahara drop flat on the ground nearby and snore a few seconds later, 'There's still more to extract from him.'

'Through him, I'll have an easier time creating the Secondary Natures for all my Spirit weapons.' Inala chuckled and continued to hammer rhythmically.
