The Dragon raised his head to look at the intruder and sighed when he saw who it was "Fiery Phoenix, I see you are out of your cage, what brings you to my home?" The Dragon King asked Feng Huang who came in uninvited.

Feng Huang did not mind him went to take a seat while looking at the jewelry in the hands of the Dragon King "now this is your new lifestyle after getting a human form, training a monkey to steal shiny stuffs for you to hoard them in your little vault behind that wall. I see where Dragons got their greedy nature from" she said pointing at the wall behind the Dragon King.

The Dragon King hid his jewelry behind his back while clearing his throat "what are you doing here? I know it is not to make mockery of me so spill, before I lose my patience" said the Dragon King.

"Hey, I am not just an ordinary Monkey, I am Sun Wukong, the Monkey King and I am to be treated as such" said Sun Wukong.

Feng Huang scoffed before chuckling "you, Monkey King? Come on, don’t be delusional, you can never be a King, not yet, you have to have enough powers to back up that status and from what I can see, you have none, you are still too weak in the grand scheme of things" she said before facing the Dragon King.

Sun Wukong could not just let some stranger come into his master’s home and walk over him like he was some little shit at the roadside.

Angered, his eyes shone a golden glow as he got into a fighting stance "come lady, let me show you the might of the Monkey King" said Sun Wukong to Feng Huang.

Feng Huang sighed when she saw how bold and brave the little Monkey was to Challenge her, a divine beast and the very first one at that. She looked at the Dragon King to hear his opinion on the matter.

"Don’t look at me, he is always like that, impulsive, stubborn and always quick to act without any regards who is enemy was. Even the first time I met him, he challenged me before he accepted me to be his master, so there is nothing I can do here" said the Dragon King while smirking at Feng Huang.

Feng Huang frowned, with the way the Dragon King was looking at her like that, it seems he is not telling her the entire truth about this Monkey and she is very determined to find out what it is.

"Just so you know, anything that happens to you during this faceoff, you brought it upon yourself"

"Less talking, more fighting, lady" said Sun Wukong as he dashed at Feng Huang with a burst of raw speed.

Feng Huang was taken aback by the speed of the Monkey as someone as young as him should not be able to accomplish such a feat which makes her believe that this Monkey is not to be taken likely. @@novelbin@@

Even though Sun Wukong was fast, he was not still fast enough to land a proper blow on Feng Huang as she deflected his attack before he even dealt one, to show how fast her reaction speed is.

"I have to say, you are something else, if given enough time, you might even surpass everyone I know, expect my Master of course" said Feng Huang, not taking the Monkey for granted again.

"I don’t care about your praises, I just want to put you under my feet so that you could know where you belong" said Sun Wukong as he went in for another blow.

"In your dreams" Feng Huang said as she snorted while outstretching her hands towards the Monkey "I admit I might not be your equal after a few years but right now, you are nothing more than an ant"

She said as she released a ball of Hellfire at Sun Wukong who did not know the properties of the flame and thought he could face it head on like any other flames.

And that was his biggest mistake as the Hellfire consumed him whole but he did not burn like someone who was on fire but felt immense pain.

"Argh, Argh, Argh, Argh"

Sun Wukong screamed in pain as he rolled on the floor but due to his pride, he did not even beg Feng Huang to quench her fire or stop whatever she did to him as he believed begging was beneath him, especially to an enemy.

"That’s a little too harsh, don’t you think?" the Dragon King asked Feng Huang who just simply dusted herself and sat down in one of the many seats in the hall.

"Where did you find this Monkey, he has a very unique power that gives him the potential to be a very powerful being in the future" she said looking at the Monkey screaming and rolling on the floor in pain.

"[Sigh] I found him during one of my many chases of the Bull Demon King. He was the odd one among all of the monkeys in the monkey clan and his intelligence was off the chart, so I took him in and after he grew up to some certain age, I decided to train him but instead he challenged me, that’s why I saw what you saw in him" said the Dragon King with a nostalgic smile.

The Fiery Phoenix observed the Monkey once again and thought of offering him to her master to be his servants, but what she did not know was, Lucifer never intended to have Sun Wukong as his servant, but as a friend, an ally because of the reputation of the Monkey King, the Great Sage, the One Equal To The Heavens, a force who became a Bhudda in the Chinese Mythology.

Having him as a servant, is like having Zeus be his foot stool.

"Enough of Sun Wukong, what actually brought you here?" The Dragon King asked Feng Huang.

"Have you not heard about the return of master?" She asked him with a serious expression on her face.

"I heard, but I couldn’t care less, they are just baseless rumours, they will soon die out, I reckon it is just someone trying to use his reputation to stir up panic among everyone for a reason only they know" the Dragon king said while taking his seat, he did not believe that Lucifer is back as they all were there when he died, they all saw his body and he is currently safeguarding his body on the behest of one of the siblings of his master, so it is impossible for Lucifer to come back.

Feng Huang sighed while shaking her head and face palming herself, "when last did you check the body of master, is it still where you left it?" Feng Huang asked him.

The Dragon King grinned widely "of course, it will be, I kept it in where I keep my treasures, so if master was to wake up, I will be the first person to now, so believe when I say that, his body is still there and the news about him coming back are all just baseless rumours" he said.

"Have You Checked If His Body Was Still At The Place Where You Left It?" Feng Huang yelled at him making the Dragon King to move back in fear.

"Jeez, calm down, I will go take a look, but I assure you that he is there and you are just bothering yourself over nothing" said the Dragon King while standing up and walking to the wall behind his throne.

He placed his hands on the wall and a golden glow escaped from his palm and fill the markings that were invisible to the naked eyes until he placed his palms on it.

After the markings were filled to the brim with the energy of the Dragon King, the wall shook and opened revealing a large room filled with shiny stuffs that could almost make a man go blind.

"Where did you steal all of these from?"

"I did not steal it, most of it were gifted to me by my student"

"Sigh, you are truly shameless, I don’t even have the strength to talk to you right now" said Feng Huang as she walked inside looking for the body of her master "where did you say you kept his body again?"

"Right here" said the Dragon King as he bent down and pulled a black coffin from the floor "this is one of the reasons I don’t believe master is back"

"Just open it already" said Feng Huang getting impatient.

The Dragon King quickly did as he was told and opened the coffin only to see that it was completely empty.

"It can’t be" said the Dragon King looking shocked to see the coffin empty.

"You fool" Feng Huang said as she glared at the Dragon King.

"You should not leave someone burning in Hellfire especially someone like the Monkey King, he will never forget this grievances"
