Into the Creations

Chapter 13: World of Vampire Detective [2]

After leaving the room, Park Chan-sung let out a short sigh and headed to the director's office.

There, a middle-aged woman, commonly referred to as "Madam," was waiting.

She wore a white dress, and though her face showed signs of ageing, consistent care and exercise made her appear to be in her early to mid-thirties.

She was a woman like a ripe fruit, exuding a seductive and decadent aura that ordinary women could never match.

Kim Mi-ok.

The Madam of Yeong Hye-jeong. In the underworld, she was known as the "Iron Lady," someone no one dared to cross.

"I've placed him in Special Room 6."

Special Room 6. The only room in Yeong Hye-jeong equipped with cameras.

"Okay. I'm watching."

Kim Mi-ok glanced at one of the walls, where a thin TV screen displayed Eugene changing his clothes.

"Oh my."

Kim Mi-ok slightly opened her mouth as she noticed his boxer briefs. She could sense the weight behind them. It reminded her of a time when she had been with a black man in her youth—it was that size.

"He's not an ordinary guy."

"Yeah. I saw the CCTV footage from the entrance. I was shocked..."

Kim Mi-ok manipulated her laptop a few times, and a portion of the screen replayed the recorded CCTV footage.

A young man slapped another man's cheek without hesitation and stabbed a knife into his thigh without a second thought. That was definitely not the behaviour of an ordinary person.

"Is Do-hyun okay?"

"Yes. He avoided any dangerous areas. However, he'll need to rest for a few weeks."

"It can't be helped. But who is this guy? Do you know him?"

"I don't know. With skills like that, he's not ordinary..."

Park Chan-sung trailed off. With skills like that, any organization would welcome him with open arms.

"He might be a killer trained by another organization. I'll look into it."

"Is he a vampire?"

Those who needed to know about vampires already knew. Moreover, as someone who dominated Korea's nightlife scene, Kim Mi-ok was well aware of vampires.

"No. I'm certain of that. There was no unique aura of a vampire. His fangs were human."

"Then is he a hunter?"

"Vampire hunters don't act so recklessly. They're generally mild unless their target is a vampire."

"So he's an unidentified skilled individual... What could his identity be?"

"..."

Park Chan-sung closed his mouth. He had no information about the man. He, too, wanted to know who the man was and why he had come to Yeong Hye-jeong.

"I'm worried about the girls. From what I saw, his temper is no joke... What if he uses violence on them?"

"I'll prepare the boys."

"...Are the boys here enough?"

At least 30 men. They were all Park Chan-sung's subordinates and members of the organization, working as employees throughout the building. If they all attacked at once, taking down one man would be easy.

"That guy tried to kill Do-hyun. If I hadn't intervened, he would have killed him right then and there. He's probably killed before and has combat training. I want to be thoroughly prepared for any situation."

Park Chan-sung recalled the man's gaze when he looked at Do-hyun. It was similar to the eyes of a vampire—eyes that didn't see humans as humans.

"In my opinion, his identity is one of three things: a psychopath, a killer, or a murderer."

"...Sigh!"

Kim Mi-ok rested her head on one hand. Yeong Hye-jeong had faced troublesome situations before, but something like this was a first.

Times were different now. If someone died here, it could lead to a lot of complications. They could use their political connections to suppress it, but even that had its limits.

The best outcome would be if nothing happened at all.

"...No. Don't call the boys."

Kim Mi-ok looked at the screen. The man was sitting on the sofa, deep in thought. Her instincts told her that the man hadn't come to cause trouble or pick a fight with Yeong Hye-jeong.

"I'll keep an eye on him. You investigate him."

"Understood, Madam."

Park Chan-sung bowed respectfully and left, closing the door behind him. As always, Park Chan-sung didn't seem like a gangster but rather a competent secretary. People said that gangsters these days were elites, and seeing Park Chan-sung, that might be true.

"..."

Kim Mi-ok crossed her arms and stared at the screen.

Her eyes were cold as ice.

If this man had come to Yeong Hye-jeong with ill intentions, underestimating her, she would make sure he regretted it.

However, the longer she watched the screen, the coldness in her eyes faded, replaced by a strange heat.

"Ha..."

***

As soon as Park Chan-sung left, I changed my clothes. Then I sat on the sofa and quietly rolled my eyes, checking my surroundings.

As I expected, there were cameras. Cameras everywhere. They were cleverly hidden as wall decorations, but with my enhanced vision, it wasn't hard to spot them.

'About five of them. They'll see everything I do. Hmm.'

This room was probably the only one with cameras. If other rooms had cameras or wiretapping devices, politicians wouldn't protect Yeong Hye-jeong.

'Well, I get it. I caused trouble at the entrance, so they were scared to leave me alone. Who knows what I might do?'

I couldn't find any wiretapping devices, but I assumed they were there.

It didn't matter.

'Knowing someone's watching... kind of turns me on?'

I chuckled to myself. I guess I have a bit of an exhibitionist streak.

'Time's not passing.'

As I waited, I thought about what had happened earlier.

I had thought of the big guy as just a character.

Someone who exists in this fake world. Like an NPC in a game.

...No. Is it really fake? From what I can feel, it's no different from reality.

Is it possible for a hunter to create an entire world?

'...I don't know.'

I just threw the question out there. Without any clues, there was no way to deduce anything. Any speculation would just be my own delusion.

'More importantly, the big guy. I tried to kill him.'

Whether he lives or dies doesn't matter to me. Even now.

'The problem is that something like this might happen again. I can't just kill everyone who annoys me.'

I don't want to destroy everything with overwhelming power. It might be fun for a moment, but it would just get boring afterwards.

'It's like using cheat codes in a game.'@@novelbin@@

You kill monsters and NPCs with overwhelming power. It's fun for a short while, but what follows is boredom and emptiness.

There's a reason games have win conditions. If everything goes your way, nothing feels new.

'Let's restrain myself. Unless absolutely necessary, I'll only half-kill them.'

I made a promise to myself. It wasn't just idle chatter. This was a commitment to my future "playful life."

To enjoy the game as a game, I needed to act in a way that fit the world.

'...Well, I'm impulsive, so who knows how it'll turn out.'

Then. The door opened, and women entered.

"Hello~"

The first to enter was a woman with reddish-brown short wavy hair. Her thick lips, coated in red lipstick, were sensual.

Her name was Raika.

In reality, she was played by an actress named Na Ah-yeon. A married woman with children in her late thirties. But thanks to consistent care, she looked like she was in her late twenties.

She wore a short, tight red dress.

Her chest was a full C-cup. My eyes weren't mistaken.

"Hoho! You're young? It's rare for a young man to come here~"

Hera.

A woman with brown hair that reached her chest. Her hair had a slight volume, giving her an elegant appearance.

She wore a black dress with a deep back and cleavage. The skirt was so short that her panties would be visible if she sat down. With a flawless figure, she had the largest chest among the three—a D-cup.

In reality, she was an actress who had won a rookie award in the past. Her name was Shin Hye-jin. Her slightly drooping eyes were her charm.

In my memory, she had a pure image, but the woman in front of me exuded a seductive aura.

"Ah, hello. I'm Mi-young."

The youngest, Mi-young.

She had long black hair tied with a rubber band and a youthful face. Even at best, she looked like a college freshman.

In reality, she was an actress from a disbanded idol girl group. Her name was Oh Ji-hye. Honestly, I still don't know which girl group she was from. Given that I don't know, it must have been a massive failure.

She wore tight apricot-colored leggings. Her top and bottom were separate, revealing her well-defined abs. Her chest was a B-cup, the smallest among the three, but her waistline was killer.

The leggings clearly outlined her panties. Despite her innocent expression, she was wearing bold T-back panties.

"...Huh!"

I let out a small breath. My body was trembling with excitement. My dick was already half-hard just from seeing them.

"I'm Kang Eugene."

After briefly introducing myself, I placed all the money I had—15 million won—on the table.

"Huh?"

"Let's have a wild time today."

I now had a bucket list.

I wanted to see the pussies of the women in front of me with my own eyes and compare them to the pussies of real-life actresses.

I roughly took off my jacket and slowly unbuttoned my shirt.

My eyes were burning. I had no interest in alcohol. My goal was solely to fuck you.

As if reading my mind, Reika, who seemed experienced, smiled awkwardly and said to me.

"Hey... Young man. This isn't that kind of place. It's a place to drink and have fun."

Bullshit.

In dramas, it was definitely portrayed as wholesome. Korea's broadcasting industry is sensitive to such things.

But this wasn't a drama.

The best room salon in Korea without prostitution? Where politicians and corporate executives just enjoy drinks and songs and then leave?

Anyone with half a brain wouldn't believe that.

"...Ah! Really?"

"Young man. If you behave, we'll have a fun time today~"

I let Raika's words go in one ear and out the other as I picked up my jacket.

"Wait. Just five minutes! Wait here. I'll be right back."

"Oppa?"

I rushed out the door. I anxiously took the elevator down to the third floor.

"Ah, sir? Is there a problem?"

"No. I'll be right back."

I went out the main entrance and down the stairs. I headed to a nearby ATM corner I had noticed when I took the taxi here.

Breathlessly, I stood in front of the ATM and started inserting my card. There was an old man next to me, but in my excited state, I didn't notice him.

'As expected, 15 million won wasn't enough. It would have been enough in another room, but not here.'

I smirked as I withdrew money from the ATM. I repeated the process several times, and when one ATM ran out of cash, I moved to the next.

Raika. Hera. Mi-young.

These three were at the pinnacle of the nightlife scene. No amount of money was too much.

I was now a horny dog driven by lust.

'It's not like it's my money anyway.'

100 million.

I roughly stuffed the orange bills into my jacket and tied it up like a bundle. The old man who had been watching me was shocked, but I ignored him and carried the money bundle back to Yeong Hye-jeong.

At the entrance was a different gangster, not the big guy I had fought earlier. The sly-looking guy saw me and flinched, bowing his head.

"You've been taught some manners. Good job."

I was in a hurry. Really in a hurry.

Every second waiting for the elevator felt like a minute. When I arrived at the room, I even felt a sense of joy.

They were sitting on the plush sofa. They had their legs crossed, and their skirts were so short that their panties peeked through their thighs.

"Ah, oppa? Did you go to the bathroom?"

"Hmm... It seems like he went outside."

I pushed aside the snacks and premium liquor on the table and placed the money bundle on it.

When I untied the bundle, 50,000 won bills cascaded out.

A pile of 50,000 won bills. No words could describe it better.

"100 million. Including what was already here, 115 million won. Is this enough to have a wild time? Or is even this not enough?"

They stared at me with their mouths open, looking at me like I was crazy.
