"Are you going to be okay? If Director Hong finds out about this, he won’t just sit still."

Beomjin absentmindedly ran his fingers across her furrowed brow as he muttered, "He won’t let the spy who handed the documents over to President Hong go unpunished."

"Exactly. And that spy is you."

"Not necessarily."

Junyoung’s eyebrows shot up at his cryptic response. Beomjin gave her a faint smile.

"I told you—he’s even more ruthless."

She didn’t fully understand, but she could tell that Beomjin wasn’t going to explain any further. After a long pause, Junyoung exhaled a deep sigh through her teeth. Shaking her head in disbelief, she jabbed her finger into Beomjin’s side with a scowl.

"You've turned into such a sly man, Kwon Beomjin. The scale of your secrets is on another level."

"I had my reasons."

"What reasons?"

"If you hadn’t shown up as a Hangeong employee… and if I hadn’t seen Na Seungwoon’s name on your phone…"@@novelbin@@

Beomjin tilted his head slightly.
