The flowers bloomed and fell, and the clouds rolled and relaxed.

Two years passed in the blink of an eye.

In these seas, changes were happening every moment.

Individually, these changes might seem insignificant, but combined, they set off a storm that could not be underestimated.

Unfortunately, neither the World Government, the pirates, nor the Revolutionary Army seemed to grasp this.

They were too focused on immediate crises and short-term gains.

Over these two years, without the Straw Hat kid stirring up trouble, the Worst Generation entered the New World one after another, only to be brutally beaten down by the Four Emperors.

Yet, the turmoil on the seas did not subside—it only intensified.

The first to make waves was the Revolutionary Army.

They had sparked several revolutions across the four seas, ranging from small city uprisings to the overthrow of entire nations.

The continuous increase in the Celestial Dragons' tribute had left member countries in dire straits, forcing them to raise taxes repeatedly.

This, in turn, provided fertile ground for the Revolutionary Army's actions.

Now, the greatest fear for these kings was waking up to find their kingdoms overthrown.

Among the pirates, many talented individuals emerged, and several promising new stars rose to prominence.

The most famous pirate groups had spread throughout the Grand Line.

Names like the Thunder Pirates, Rock Pirates, Mist Pirates, and Sand Pirates were on everyone's lips.

The strong among them were frequently discussed.

The Rock Pirates' leader, with a bounty of 480 million berries, wielded the power to manipulate the earth endlessly.

The Thunder Pirates' captain, Enel, a user of the Thunder-Thunder Fruit, had escaped the Marines' grasp multiple times thanks to his formidable abilities. His bounty stood at 630 million berries.

But the most eye-catching was Might Guy, the eccentric captain of the Youth Pirates.

He had once fought Marine's substitute Admiral, Fujitora, for two days and two nights before escaping during a storm at sea.

The Marines after that set Might Guy's bounty at a staggering 1.08 billion berries.

Of course, all of them were under Colt's command.

It was unrealistic—and a waste—to let a group of battle-hungry warriors idle away in Wanokuni.

Seeing their restlessness, Colt decided to send them out into the world.

Some used Senju Tobirama's connections to infiltrate the World Government and the Marines, while others set sail as pirates.

A lucky few even caught the attention of the Revolutionary Army.

In this way, thousands of ninjas spread like ink across the vast blue sea, adding an air of mystery and unpredictability.

Three Days Before the Two-Year Agreement.

On a deserted island, Luffy closed his eyes, dodging left and right. Over a dozen beasts surrounded him, attacking relentlessly, but not a single one could touch him.

Suddenly, Luffy's eyes snapped open, flashing with sharp intensity.

Thud! Thud! Thud!

The beasts collapsed, falling into a deep coma.

Clap! Clap! Clap!

"Observation Haki, Conqueror's Haki—you've mastered them. Combined with Armament Haki, you've secured your place on these seas."

Rayleigh clapped as he walked over, his eyes filled with pride.

"Congratulations, Luffy. You've surprised your teacher."

"A new era is dawning, and I believe you'll surpass all old legends, reach Raftel, and become the Pirate King."

"Head to Sabaody. The day you agreed on is just a few days away. Don't be late."

The two years had matured Luffy, and his body bore many new scars.

He smiled gratefully at Rayleigh, walked over to his straw hat, and placed it firmly on his head.

"Rayleigh, I promise you, I will definitely become the Pirate King!"

Three Days Later.

The Straw Hat Crew reunited at the Sabaody Archipelago, and chaos ensued the moment they appeared.

Each member showcased their progress over the past two years by effortlessly destroying several Pacifistas.

It was then that the world realized that the Straw Hat Pirates, who had vanished for two years, were no longer the same.

As a result, Sengoku once again found himself scolding his subordinates.

Since the Summit War had not occurred, Sengoku and Garp remained in their positions, and the Marine hierarchy saw little change.

Sengoku, however, keenly sensed the Straw Hat Crew's transformation.

But by the time he realized it, it was too late—the crew had already set sail for Fish-Man Island aboard the Thousand Sunny.

"Recall Naruto and Kizaru from their vacations. The world won't stay peaceful for long."

Sengoku sighed as he issued the order.

Garp, munching on senbei, looked at him in surprise.

"Sengoku, isn't that a bit much? No matter how much my grandson has improved, he doesn't need two Admirals to deal with him, right?"

Sengoku shot him an annoyed look.

"Who said anything about capturing your grandson? The Five Elders are planning to move against Doflamingo."

Garp's eyes lit up, and he set his senbei aside.

"So those five old goats are finally abolishing the Warlord system?"

"Not that easy. Doflamingo's influence in the underworld has grown too large, and he's becoming uncontrollable."

"I'm sending Fujitora to investigate what Doflamingo is up to in Dressrosa. Naruto and Kizaru need to be ready to deal with Kaido at any moment."

Information from Wanokuni was scarce, and the Marines' internal conclusion was that the situation there was deadlocked, with neither side gaining the upper hand. (By either side, they mean Madara and Kaido)

But no one doubted that Doflamingo's unchecked expansion was backed by Kaido.

Sengoku noticed his old friend's disappointed expression but didn't elaborate.

He knew more than Garp.

Once Vegapunk's research was fully successful, even the Warlord system could be tossed into the trash heap.

"So, we'll just have to wait a little longer," Sengoku thought to himself.

Wanokuni.

Colt also received news that Luffy had set sail again.

"Well, 'Luffy' is about to ascend to the 'Sun God Nika,'" Colt muttered as he reviewed the gathered intelligence.

Entering the New World, Luffy's luck seemed boundless.

What was even more absurd was that within three days, he'd awakened Conqueror's Haki, mastered Advanced Armament, and awakened his Devil Fruit, catapulting him to the level of the Four Emperors.

It was outrageous, but considering Naruto and Sasuke's rapid power jumps, Colt found it somewhat easier to accept.

Thinking of Sasuke, Colt slowly raised his hand and contacted him through his ability.

Soon, a response came.

"Hey, Sasuke, do you miss me?"

"That fruit's been sitting around for too long it may spoil soon. It's time to take it out."
