If that were true, fighting him would become significantly harder the longer the battle dragged on. Spinning his spear, Broken didn't waste time with unnecessary words. He burst forward, closing the distance between them in an instant. He needed to strike repeatedly, testing the waters to gauge just how strong this opponent really was.

Broken's movements were fast, his attacks fluid. He struck-thrusting his spear forward in rapid succession. A precise strike. A piercing thrust. Then-

Venom dodged. Effortlessly.

His speed was insane-faster than Broken had expected. Before Broken could react, the werewolf deflected the spear with his claws and instantly sidestepped, repositioning himself with inhuman agility.

Then came the counterattack.

Venom lashed out in a blur, delivering a series of rapid, brutal strikes. Broken barely had time to raise his spear, blocking the incoming attacks in succession. But even with his reflexes, several of Venom's attacks slipped through, landing clean hits against him.
