“There’s an additional reward?”

He touched the identity plate in his hand that now held nine thousand merit points.

After a moment of hesitation, Wang Ba made a decision.

He quickly flew away from Shou Peak. He did not head towards Wanfa Peak, but instead flew straight towards Taiyin Mountain.

Soon, he landed in the Myriad Cave.

As soon as he entered, he saw a yellow-skin gourd swaying as it flew towards him.

“Little Wang, you’re here again.”

Wang Ba bowed slightly and then said with a smile, “Could True Spirit Senior please help me find Wuhe Patriarch…”

“Why are you looking for him?”

The yellow-skin gourd asked, confused. “You don’t have any merit to repay him…”

Jus as it spoke, as if sensing something, a Daoist appeared from the void.

He had a lean appearance, and an aura that yet transcended the mundane.

Immediately, Wang Ba bowed deeply: “Disciple Wang Ba, paying respects to the Ancestral Master.”

“No need for formalities, what brings you here?”

The Daoist smiled.

Without any hesitation, Wang Ba took out the identity plate and presented it with both hands: “Ancestral Master, this is the eight thousand merit points I borrowed from you, I’ve come specifically to repay.”

Soon after, he sighed: “I hope the young disciple knows your kindness.”

In the eyes of the long-bearded Daoist, a sigh flashed.
