Chapter 22: Let Aaron Saint Manage Saint Hotel.

"Grandpa, I was framed. Aaron Saint must have hired people to frame me''.

'"I don't play dirty, Josh Saint. I wouldn't stoop so slow''. Aaron Saint refuted back immediately.

''Oh, really? You won't stoop so low, yet you are keeping a minor in your house. Why don't we talk about that girl, grandpa?'' Josh Saint sneered and let out a haughty chuckle.

''Josh Saint, don't you dare bring Mai into this''.

''Why? Are you scared grandpa will find out that you are fucking a minor?''

Aaron Saint punched Josh Saint on the jaw and blood oozed out of his lips.

''Stop it!!''. The old master stopped them and spoke.

''Josh Saint, don't you ever talk about your brother in that manner. Aaron Saint will explain the matter with the kid to me''

''Grandpa, even I am curious. What kind of situation would warrant Aaron to allow a girl who is barely of age to stay in the same house with him?''

''Aaron, you said you couldn't find her family all these years, right? Why don't you send her to the orphanage? What will people say if this gets to the public or media? Your name will be mud. Our competitors will use this against you''.

Old master said and looked at Aaron Saint seriously.

''Grandpa, I am old enough to make decisions for myself. The decision to allow August Maijune stay with me was taken after a lot of thought. I can't send her to the orphanage and I don't care what anyone would say. Let the media or anyone try to do anything if they dare''.

Aaron Saint said and looked at Josh Saint with a cold and darkened gaze. ''If anyone is tired of living; let that person write any nonsense about me or August Maijune''.

''I know you have your own principles and I won't fight you on that. Just know one thing, if anything happens you will have to take responsibility for it and it includes anything that has to do with the kid''.

''Yes, grandpa. I still have something to do, I will take my leave first''.

''Go ahead, and ask the butler to give the gift I bought to the kid''. Aaron Saint nodded his head and went out.

Josh Saint sat closer to the old master and said ''grandpa, how could you let Aaron go just like that?''

''Josh, don't ever speak about Aaron or the kid in that manner. I saw the way you looked at her. If you have your eyes set on her, forget it, I won't stop Aaron from coming after you if you go near that girl as you said, she is a minor.

You have Liyah, be content with her. leave, I need to watch the late news''

Mai stopped in front of her room door and turned to Aaron Saint as he walked to his room. ''I didn't think your grandpa will give me a gift?''

''Is nothing, as long as you like it''.

''I haven't opened it but I think I will like it. Thank him for me''.

''Thank him the next time we go there''

''Will we go there again?''

''Maybe. Mai, are you alright? You met my brother and Liyah whom you've never seen before. I hope they didn't make you feel uncomfortable?''

''Well, I felt uncomfortable but since you were there, I was okay. I didn't know you were dealing with such dirty people. Aaron Saint, don't worry. I will protect you''

Aaron Saint chuckled and asked ''you will protect me? How will you do that? Do you know how to fight?''

''No, I don't know how to fight like Maijune nor do I know how to avoid confrontation like August but I can make enough bullets and gunpowder to fill this house for your use''.

''Goodnight''. Aaron Saint watched Mai go into her room and he also entered his room.

MIDNIGHT.

In the middle of the night, Mai had a dream. In the dream she was in her family house. It was a simple house on a hill that over looked the whole city. One could get a better view of the city while standing at the balcony of the hill house.

Inside the house, in the hall, a mother and daughter could be seen playing video games with serious expressions. Their competitiveness could be seen in the way they played and how neither of them wanted to lose.

After sometime, the mother gave up and threw the game remote at the girl and laughter erupted throughout the hall.

The mother had given up and the girl had won. This was not the first time they played yet every time, the girl won against the mother. The girl put the remote away and stretched her hand towards her mother saying ''mom, pay up''.

The woman glared at the girl as she removed a few bills from her purse and spoke ''August Maijune, do you still realise I am your mother?''

The girl swigged her finger and replied ''Miss Laura Louis, this is a game. It doesn't have anything to do with being a mother or a daughter. You should pay up when you lose. That's being professional''.

''Professional, my ass''.

''Dad, mom is cussing again. Mom, you should add another bill if you don't want me to tell dad you were cussing?:'.

Laura Louis glared at the girl and gave her another bill which the girl accepted happily.

''You...who did you take after? How can you be blackmailing your mother at this age?''

Anthony Elizondo walked out of the lab adjacent to the hall with his spectacles and spoke.

''Off course, she took after me''. August and her mother chuckled and August went to sit by her father.

''That's right, I took after daddy''. Laura Louis looked at them and shook her head.

''August Maijune, since you took after daddy, do you want daddy to give you a gift for taking after him?''

''Mm, what gift is it? Did you discover something?''

''Yes, I made a lipstick specially for you. You will be 13 soon. Don't all girls at that age use makeup and lipstick?'' August looked at her father with admiration.

''Ooh, dad. You're so cool. How did you know girls like those things?':

''Well, when I was pursuing your mom, she had those in her bag always''.

':Wow, really? Mom, did you always doll up to meet dad?''

''No, I don't know' Laura Louis glared at her husband and spoke 'why are you telling her all these things? So shameless''.

''What is wrong with telling her? She needs to know such things''.

''Yes, mom. What is wrong with telling me? What if I find a boy I like? Daddy, mom is being old-fashioned, isn't she?''

''I know, right?''

:'Dad, what will be the name of the lipstick? You know, that American star Kylie Jenner, she has her own lipstick. Will you give it a name too?"

''Then, what name do you suggest?''

Mai opened her eyes and sat up on the bed with sweat on her face. She sighed and held the bear in her hands and got out of the room.

Mai stood at the door of Aaron Saint and slowly opened the door. She went inside the room and closed the door behind her. She got to the bed and removed the blanket and entered inside.

NEXT MORNING.

AARON'S ROOM.

Aaron Saint felt something poke him as he slept and he opened his eyes and almost get a heart attack when he saw Mai cuddled him as she slept.

Aaron Saint looked at her and saw that her collarbones leading to her bosom were exposed as she slept and he gulped hard on his saliva and his Adam's apple raised up and down.

Aaron Saint looked away flushed and covered her with the blanket. He got down from the bed and looked at the girl feeling confused and thought ''when did she get inside here?'' Aaron Saint shook his head and went into his washroom.

Mai heard the sound of water flashing and opened her eyes. She looked at the unfamiliar room and murmured ''where am I?'' She saw Aaron Saint's portrait and realised she was in Aaron Saint's room. Aaron walked out of the shower wrapped in a towel from his waist. He had long forgotten the presence of a certain someone and walked out casually.

Mai looked at Aaron Saint from his abs down to his v-line in entranced. Aaron Saint stepped back in short and spoke ''you're awake?''

Mai nodded her head and pointed at the towel at the side of his private part and spoke.

''Is that what they call 'morning wood?' Whoa, is so big''.
