LUCKY REINCARNATION: REINCARNATED WITH A HAREM SYSTEM

Chapter 174 Fight in the chamber

Because they were panicking earlier, they had not noticed that their handsome Senior brother was falling with them. Now that they realised that Leon was with them and had even made such a short speech, the disciples all miraculously calmed down almost instantly.

That's right, our handsome Senior brother is with us. He's the only male disciple to ever get accepted into the Falcon sect in hundreds of years, not only is he incredibly talented and handsome, he's a level 5 expert!

With this thought in the hearts of the disciples, they stopped screaming and did as Leon instructed. Using small bursts of Shi to shift their positions, they moved closer to Leon while falling. Although their surroundings were still dark and they couldn't see anything apart from themselves, seeing Leon alone felt like they were looking at the sun itself; what should they be scared of?

Leon glanced at them and secretly nodded in self-approval. He concluded that his talent would not be too bad as a commander, he was just not interested in commanding.

Moving on, now that he had calmed the disciples, Leon shifted his attention to something else.

'Activate Lord of the harem!' Leon issued the command in his mind.

A screen soon appeared in front of him.

(Skill: Lord of the harem(buff) cannot be activated.)

(Reason: harem members are too far from the host.)

Leon "..."

'Tf?! What do you mean 'too far'? You usually work even when they're a kilometre away, why won't you work now?!' Leon shouted in his mind but the system didn't respond.

He took small deep breaths to calm himself, it was no use getting angry at the system because that was just like beating his own foot.

'Did the distance between us increase after we sank into these holes?' Leon asks inwardly as he wondered how far away Fengxu and the others could be.@@novelbin@@

The fox princess had made sure to stay within a hundred meters radius around Leon while she killed those spiders, but the system wasn't able to detect even her; he could only imagine how far away Bai Quing, Quin Xuxu, and Lin Shuran must be.

While still in his thoughts, Leon caught a glimpse of something under him. He instantly turned his gaze to look and realized that they were nearing the ground.

About thirty meters below them was what looked like a chamber with glowing walls. The chamber was almost fifty meters wide, and the darkness that was currently surrounding them stopped right above this chamber. Some spiders had already crawled down to the chamber and were currently looking up at them.

"Get ready, everyone; kill the spiders at the bottom as fast as you can!" Leon ordered in a loud voice.

"Ok, Senior Brother!" The disciples answered in unison as they all gripped their swords while staring at the ground with serious faces, they were not scared since their Senior brother was with them.

'Hmm, my skill of commanding is really impressive.' Leon nodded when he saw them getting ready for battle. He turned his gaze to the ground and did a quick scan; they would be landing any second from now, so he wanted to find a good landing spot where he would not immediately get crowded by spiders.

"I choose you!" Leon declared in a low voice with a smirk on his face, his eyes fixed on a two-meter-tall spider that was standing in a corner and also looking up at them.

It was obvious that this spider was a young one since it was very small in comparison to the rest, and its features were not well shaped yet; it looked cute instead of savage like the others.

But did Leon care if it was a youngling or not? No, he didn't! This beast was a desert spider, and that was all that mattered.

'If I don't kill it now, it will grow up and kill humans in the future!' Leon thought to himself with a righteous expression on his face as he rapidly approached the ground.

Three seconds later, Leon suddenly twisted his body and slapped the air with his palm. A burst of Shi exploded in his palm and caused a small shockwave that pushed his body in the direction of the small spider.

"Die!" Leon shouted as she stabbed his sword at the spider.

"Screeee!"

The little spider shrieked at Leon furiously. It was shocked by this human's sudden action; it was just chilling in the corner, but this dude just flew over and attacked it; how vexing!

Sadly, there was nothing it could do since Leon had caught it off guard. His sword accurately pierced through the thin gap between the scales that were covering its head and back, chopping its head off instantly.

The body of the spider fell to the ground at the same time that Leon's feet landed on the ground, he slashed his sword to get rid of the green blood on it before turning to face the bigger spiders.

"Now, let's begin," Leon said with a grin. The disciples had also landed and went standing close to him, their morals were high after seeing Leon kill a spider upon landing.

Size didn't matter, their Senior brother was impressive!

"Watch out for the spiders that will attack from above, some of them are on the wall!" Leon warned before dashing toward a spider that was a few meters away.

"Understood, Senior brother!" They echoed before also dashing out.

There were only twelve spiders in the chamber currently, they would kill as many as possible before the ones on the wall would come down.

Loud shrieks rang out as the spiders rushed toward them as well. Some spat green liquid at the disciples while others attacked with their long legs.

"Dodge!" Someone shouted, and the disciples immediately spread out; the green liquid didn't hit anyone.

Leon wasn't paying attention to them as he appeared in front of a spider and slashed with his sword, he didn't use his battle technique and just smashed with Shi.

Swoosh!!

The sword flashed like lightning and severed four of the spider's legs. It fell forward with its face crashing into the ground in front of Leon.

The spider let out a pained shriek but was instantly silenced after Leon stabbed his sword into its mouth.

Immediately after killing that one, he jumped away while pulling his sword along.

Splash!

Green liquid fell from the sky and landed on the spot where Leon was standing just a moment ago, the ground immediately began to melt.

Leon looked to the side and saw a spider on the wall not too far from Jim. He didn't know if it was glaring at him, but he was sure that those countless red eyes were looking at him.

"Trying to ambush me? Think again!" Leon snickered before dashing toward the spider. The latter spat out more green liquid, but Leon easily dodged everyone; he was like a flickering shadow from the perspective of the spider; it couldn't keep up with his movement.

Leon suddenly appeared above the spider, one of his legs was on the wall while his other leg delivered a powerful kick that sent the spider shooting toward the ground. Read new chapters at My Virtual Library Empire

Boom!

The spider slammed into that ground and caused the place to shake, its huge body sank into the hard ground and created a small pit. Multiple cracks appeared on its scales, but it didn't die instantly as it struggled to get up again; green blood could be seen dripping from different parts of its body while it made low, pained shrieks.

"Hmm, it didn't die instantly? Your scales sure are tough." Leon mumbled to himself when he saw the spider crawling up to its feet. He didn't launch another attack immediately because more spiders that had been hiding in the darkness were throwing themselves at him.

He stepped on the wall and launched himself in the other direction while sleeping in the air as if he were performing a dance. His fingers moved around the hilt of his sword as he slashed out, a burst of blue light engulfed the blade of his sword and was sent out in the form of a sword wave.

Leon had used QI!

He already observed the disciples and confirmed that all of them were busy dealing with spiders, so they had no time to take notice of his fight in the air; this allowed him to use weak QI that wouldn't attract their attention.

Swoosh!

The blue sword wave tore through the air and approached the spiders that were jumping at him; it stretched for dozens of meters and engulfed the several-meter-tall spiders.

Like a hot knife cutting through tofu, the sword waves passed through the tough scales of the spiders as if they were clouds. Ear-piercing shrieks resounded as several legs and body parts of the spiders were instantly severed by the blue sword wave.

Green blood gushed out from the wound and fell like rain, along with the injured spiders.

Leon landed a few meters away from them with a satisfied look in his eyes.

"As expected, QI is the most impressive," Leon said while nodding.

He would gladly finish the rest of the spiders with a QI sword wave, but it would take him time to convert enough Shi to refill the QI he would use, and it would be troublesome if the disciples started to get curious about the strange blue energy, so it was best to only use it in secret.
