The third-tier composition is rather complex, comprised of some innate demigods. No matter which legend is true, they all demonstrate his noble identity. In the Ancient God World, he is the source of the bloodlines of several robust creature races such as the tree demons, Forest Guardians, and centaurs.

The last type is those who achieve godhood through cultivation. These entities acquire a divine grid by obtaining godhood and ignite the divine fire through worship to achieve divinity.
