Chapter 169 Golden Legend - Dharma Heavenly God (Part 2)_2
He thus heated and shaped the "mixture," spewing flames to raise the temperature.
He cheerfully started firing up the "ceramics."
"What is she doing?"
Outside the wall, the police officers looked puzzled.
"Not satisfied with boiling, she's planning to bake it?"
"But why mix in soil then?"
"In the world of the mentally ill, if you could understand them, then you would be mentally ill yourselves."
Time ticked away by the minute.
Inside the furnace, the "ceramics" were shaped by Chen Yu into a "pot" using gravity.
After about an hour of burning, when he felt it was enough, he extinguished the fire and retrieved the object.
He set it on the ground to cool.
Not fully understanding the "firing" process,
he also mixed in some "strange" substances.
The pot was a peculiar color, charred black with numerous cracks all over it.
But Chen Yu didn't care.
Seeing the title above the pot—[Inferior Ceramics]—he knew he was about to succeed.
Once it had completely cooled down, Chen Yu stood up and decisively kicked it several times.

"Crack crack—"
The already fragile earthen pot disintegrated instantly.
Its title also changed from [Inferior Ceramics] to [A Pile of Broken Defective Items].
"Nice."
The random change in title gave Chen Yu a wonderful feeling that he was a "creator."
Excited, he rubbed his hands together and looked up, pondering his next move.
After a moment, he slapped his forehead, "I've got it!"@@novelbin@@
Pulling out his new phone, Chen Yu downloaded a food delivery app, casually ordered some takeout, and sat down to wait.
The police officers outside had by now lost all their doubts.
A mentally ill person, any strange behavior, was understandable...
Twenty minutes passed.
A delivery man, with a look of confusion on his face, rode his electric bike into the slum, and on seeing the four officers squatted against the wall, he was startled.
"Shh!" One of the officers quickly raised his index finger to his lips, signaling the delivery man to stay silent.
"Um... Mhm," the delivery man nodded repeatedly.
"Go," whispered the officer. "Take it to her, don't expose us. Don't talk nonsense, just leave after the delivery."
"Oh, okay!" The delivery man nodded again, swallowing hard, "Inside... is there a criminal?"
"No," answered the officer. "Inside is a mentally ill person."
"A pregnant woman, and mentally ill," another officer added.
The delivery man: "..."
Full of doubt about everything before him, the delivery man hesitated for a while, then got off his bike, picked up the takeout, and walked inside with trepidation.
A few moments later, he walked out just as puzzled.
"Did you deliver it?" the officer asked.
"Yeah. What exactly is going on he..."
"Don't ask, just go."
Inside the wall.
With his keen hearing, Chen Yu picked up every sound from outside clearly.
But he didn't pay them any mind.
After becoming a Transcendent, he started to disregard the existence of "ordinary people" unconsciously.
Especially after advancing to a B+ powerhouse.
To him, "ordinary people" were like a different species.
Like ants on the ground, he could crush them cleanly with a simple step.
So, the laws, rules, even morals, and relationships of the "ant kingdom" held little meaning to him.
Clearly, he hadn't yet fully realized this...
Sitting on the ground, Chen Yu quickly rinsed his hands and then tore open the takeout, wolfing it down.
After finishing, he purposefully left a bit of food and rice at the bottom, along with the meal box and the plastic bag, throwing them all into the shattered "pot."
He mixed everything evenly.
Half a minute later, the title [A Pile of Broken Defective Items] indeed changed!
It became [A Pile of Trash].
"Damn!"
The words "A Pile of Trash" made Chen Yu's hair stand on end as he leaped up, pumped his fists excitedly.
"Almost there!"
"So close!"
"But there are two extra words, I've never had the title [A Pile of Trash] before."
"Hm..."
"Does 'a pile' as a noun mean there's too much trash?"
Walking around the pile of trash, his mind racing, Chen Yu contemplated how to further change the title effectively.
"What if I crush part of it?"
"Reduce the amount of trash..."
"..."
"Eh?"
As if struck by an epiphany, Chen Yu chose not to clear part of the "trash," but instead straddled it and pulled down his pants to squat.
He took care of both big and small business.
The next moment, the title of the "trash heap" changed.
It became [Worse Than Trash].
"It worked!!!"
"Damn, damn!"
"It worked ahhhh!"
Suddenly leaping two meters into the air, Chen Yu was ecstatic, roaring and running wildly around the yard, arms raised, "Yay!"
"I am truly a great alchemist!"
"An awesome alchemist!"
"Ahhhh—"
Outside the wall.
Even the experienced officers, though immune to Chen Yu's various "weird" behaviors, were still stunned by this scene.
From their point of view,
it was a pregnant woman who mixed feces with clay to make ceramics, then smashed it, ate some takeout, poured it on top, and finally took a dump at the apex of the trash pile...
What was there to be excited about?
What was there to be happy about?
"The inner world of a mentally ill person must be so vibrant and colorful," mused an officer.
"She didn't even wipe," another officer commented.
"Hey, I think I get her," said Officer C, seemingly enlightened, pointing at the trash heap. "Look, doesn't that look like a scoop of ice cream? With chocolate added on top! My God! I understand her now!"
The other three officers: "..."
What do you think?
