Chapter 359 All Expertise
After suppressing his excitement, the third guard gestured at himself and requested with a polite smile on his face,
"Sir, I am Captain Guard Hill. I invite you to our village."
Lin Lee was startled and then suspiciously asked, "Didn’t you just say that your village doesn’t welcome visitors?"
Hill shook his head and explained with a little solemn expression,
"Sir, you misunderstood; our village doesn’t allow outsiders because a lot of surrounding villages are aiming at our sun-shooting bow weapon manuscript, but you are different; you are a weapon master. Not only us, but no one will reject your visit."
After speaking, Hill fell silent, looking at him with an anticipated gaze.
Lin Lee nodded understandingly and then shook his head, replying, "I understand, but I don’t want to visit your village anymore. Thanks for the invitation."
After speaking, he turned around and walked away decisively, leaving behind the three giants bewildered.
"S…"
Just as the two giant guards behind wanted to stop him and were about to move toward him, Captain Hill gestured at them and stopped them.
"Let him go; he is young and prideful. Also, I don’t want to produce another enemy for our village."
After speaking, he sighed and turned around, picked up the sun-shooting bow from the table, and looked at it thoughtfully.
On the other hand,
Lin Lee left the village and walked toward the sun; it’s also the direction of a large village he saw on the map.
After traveling for a few days, he finally saw a huge mountain area larger than the ones he had encountered before; also, a huge round circular wall was surrounding these mountains.
Upon reaching the wall, Lin Lee saw a long line of giants standing in front of the gate.
"Tell me your name. Where are you from? Why are you here? How long are you going to stay?"
One by one the guard asked the visitors, and then he gave them tokens with numbers written above.
"Your stay is three days; keep it with you; don’t stay over limit, or you will have to pay the fine."
"Your stay is one day,"
"Your stay is five days,"
Lin Lee glanced at the whole process of immigration thoughtfully.
’It is indeed one of the popular villages in this region, with a large market; almost all villagers around visit it to buy and sell supplies, almost like a city.’
Lin Lee thought to himself while recalling the description of the village on the map; that’s why he rejected the Hill proposal after knowing such a large village existed nearby.
Finally it was Lin Lee’s turn; the guard asked, looking at him up and down calmly,
"Tell me about yourself and why you are here."
Lin Lee nodded and replied with a calm expression on his face, "I am a weapon master; I am here to look for work."
"What?" Instantly the guards and others behind him were startled, and their expression changed looking at him.
Lin Lee was also surprised by their expression change, looking at the giants behind him retreating back, and then the guards expression in front of him became humble and respectful.
While the other guard hurriedly ran away and spoke something in the ear of the guard far away, who was wearing silver metal pieces on his joints and a corch only, like an armor, but the rest of his body was naked,
"Your Excellency, I am the captain guard here; please come with me. You should have entered the village directly."
The captain’s guard face also changed and hurriedly appeared and spoke with a humble expression and then gestured toward the cabin inside the gate.
Lin Lee nodded and then walked forward along with the captain guard and appeared inside the cabin.
"Please sit down," The captain guard spoke, gestured toward the chair, and then he pulled the cover from the secret area of the wall and grabbed a silver token from inside.
"Here, this is the permanent resident token. Your Excellency, please come with me to the village chief’s house." The captain guard then passed the silver token to Lin Lee and spoke,
Lin Lee was startled looking at the silver token in his hand; it is made from silver without any mark or logo.
’I thought they believed me directly that I am a weapon master, but the meeting with the village chief is a catch; anyway, I know what a weapon master is.’
He thought and then nodded toward the captain guard and spoke, "Let’s go."
After following the captain guard, he walked toward the main mountain, following the wide path made from round stones embedded in the ground.
"Get aside, get aside," Suddenly, Lin Lee and the captain heard shouting voices from behind.
Lin Lee got aside and turned to glance behind; he was surprised to see two eight-meter giants picking a flat carriage.
As for why it is a carriage, it is because there is a chair above it and a giant is sitting on it.

"Lord Jill," The captain guard hurriedly saluted, looking at the giant figure above, while Lin Lee was looking at him thoughtfully.
The figure above was a giant at stage eight, and another giant with the same height was sitting beside him.
The giant turned and glanced at Lin Lee and the captain and then turned his gaze away; the carriage moved forward.
’It seems wheels aren’t invented in this world, or maybe the wood material here isn’t suitable for giant-sized wheels. Giants at the size of stage eight and nine height are almost equal to two-story buildings. What kind of wheel will be required to pick them up?’
Lin Lee thought to himself while following the captain, and then he asked, looking at him, "Who is that?"
The captain was startled, and then he glanced at Lin Lee and replied respectfully, "That was Lord Jill, the younger brother of the village chief; he is the lord of Jill village in the north."
Lin Lee was surprised recalling the location of Jill Village from the map he saw, and then he asked, "Jill Village is almost a hundred miles away from here. Did he arrive here riding on that?"
Captain’s expression became confused, and he asked, "What do you mean by thousand miles?" Then he didn’t care and nodded and replied,
"Yes, Lord, Jill always travels in the carriage; one of his legs has been damaged in the war, and he can’t walk such a large distance."
Lin Lee nodded and then followed silently; soon both reached the village chief’s house.
Lin Lee glanced at the mountain house, the same as the other houses in the mountain around.
’It seems the house structure in this world is almost the same, as giants like living in the heart of the mountain,’
Lin Lee thought to himself, and then the captain stopped beside the gate and spoke, "Your Excellency, wait here; I will go and inform the lord."
Lin Lee nodded and stood aside near the edge of the open area in front of the house entrance.
While he was observing the surroundings, a figure appeared behind him and spoke,
"Welcome to my Jin village, Your Excellency,
My name is Jin Curry."
Lin Lee turned and glanced at the tall figure of the village chief standing behind him; he was surprised by the nine-meter height of the village chief. At the same time, the village chief was also surprised by his young appearance.
’Such a young age? Is he really?’ The village chief was startled, and then a suspicion flashed through his pupil, but he didn’t say anything on the surface.
Lin Lee nodded and replied with a smile, "Nice to meet you, village chief. My name is Lin Lee. The captain guard said that I have to meet you in order to find suitable work in this village."
Village chief Jin nodded with a smile and spoke, "Yes, our village is in dire need of a talent like you. Also, can you tell me what kind of work you can do as a weapon master so that I can find a suitable place for you?"
The village chief spoke and inadvertently asked about his expertise.
Lin Lee, knowing about his intentions, replied calmly, "I can manufacture any weapon through the manuscript, including smelting, refining, and forging metal, then shaping and assembling it. Also, I can restore the lost, damaged manuscript and broken weapon with no manuscript."
The village chief was silent, and then a surprise flashed through his eyes hearing Lin Lee’s words midway. After hearing the last claim of Lin Lee that he could restore the damaged manuscript and broken weapon, his face changed completely.
After he couldn’t calm down his emotions, the village chief glanced at Lin Lee solemnly and spoke, "Your Excellency, can you really restore the damaged manuscript and broken weapons?"
Lin Lee nodded and replied with a confident expression on his face, "Of course, I don’t lie."
The village chief nodded, and then a happy smile appeared on his face, and he gestured toward his home and invited,
"Please come inside; I want to show you some damaged manuscripts."
