Chapter 515: Chapter 358: Blood Sea Vortex
Su Han and the Queen of Insect Tans crossed the barrier and immediately found themselves in the midst of the Great Blood Sea.
By now, the waters of the Great Blood Sea were churning, with waves of power transmitting from afar.
Su Han’s brows furrowed tightly as he and the Queen of Insect Tans swiftly flew towards the direction of the fluctuations.
Beneath the Blood Sea, lurkers, akin to evil spirits, had already emerged, and they were swiftly moving in the same direction as Su Han, drawn by the fluctuations.
Perhaps due to the significant disturbances caused by the fluctuations, these lurkers paid no heed to the Queen of Insect Tans and kept swimming vigorously.
Su Han and the Queen of Insect Tans hastened their pace, yet their hearts were filled with even more suspicion and unease.
“That direction seems to be the area where the Lizardman Tribes reside.”
In the previous battle, the Lizardman Tribes had appeared in greater numbers than the Abyssal Insect Race and had manifested more spaces in the Blood Sea near their territory.
Although passages in the real world had already been blocked to them, there was no guarantee they wouldn’t cause some mischief.
By the time Su Han and the Queen of Insect Tans reached the site, they were stunned by the sight before them.
An immensely large vortex was slowly forming, spanning across the Blood Sea Area, tens of kilometers wide, with surging blood waves incredibly tumultuous, and fountains of blood light thousands of meters high.
Numerous lurker monsters were congregating around this vortex, within which, one after another, spaces in the Blood Sea wavered unstably like bubbles in the ocean.
The barriers surrounding these Blood Sea spaces were continuously thinning, and the lurker monsters, interwoven with the vortex, had enveloped these dozens of Blood Sea spaces, resembling a school of sharks lying in wait for their prey.
A red light shrouded these Blood Sea spaces, and bizarre Lizard Scripts emerged from them, resembling inscriptions of death, swirling around them.
Su Han’s gaze grew grave as these Lizard Scripts, like fishing the pond dry, were sapping the power from the entire Blood Sea spaces and channeling it into this eerie Blood Sea vortex.
Thunder rumbled.
A storm was coalescing as Blood Thunder flashed within the Blood Sea spaces, and the barriers burst apart with a crash.
Then the lurker monsters surged forth, plunging directly into the Blood Sea spaces and began a frightful slaughter.
Each lurker, grotesque beyond measure, exuded a sad, terrifying aura, even the weakest among them, like fishmen corpses with black pupils, possessed the formidable strength of Third Order.
Those massive lurkers, resembling decayed giant sharks, launched immediate attacks, blasting foreign islands to smithereens and then slowly being devoured by the vortex.
The land gradually fell into disrepair, and countless Lizardmen, like ants, were engulfed by waves hundreds to thousands of times their size.
Energy rampantly corroded, and boundless fear became the catalyst for their deaths.
Flesh continuously tore apart, bones steadily decayed, and the Lizardmen, like the undead, gradually sank into the Great Blood Sea.
Some completely disintegrated into nothingness, while others, like evil spirits, began to roam the Great Blood Sea.
All of the Lizardmen were sacrificed!
A chill surged in Su Han’s heart, and an indescribable coldness crept up his spine.
The Lizardmen’s fear, struggle, and resentment—all these emotions and flesh had now transformed into strands of power, converging upon the surrounding Lizard Scripts.
The gathering of this terrifying energy continued, while the roar of the lurkers resounded incessantly.
“Humans?”
Suddenly, an ancient voice echoed as if right beside him; Su Han jerked in surprise and swiftly turned around.
Behind him, high in the heavens, various terrifying phantoms had emerged at some point, with ferocious scale armor and crimson, aged, deep, and icy beastly eyes, gazing down at him and the Queen of Insect Tans from on high.
High-Order Lizardmen!
Su Han’s heart sank to the depths, as these were merely a few phantoms, thin and stooped, but the energy amassed above these phantoms was now making his nerves tense.
“Who are you?”
Su Han asked, while secretly gathering his own strength.
“Little time-wasting trick.”
Among the phantoms, an ancient Lizardman, wearing a beast bone mask, reached out with an enormous ethereal hand.
Although it was merely a phantom and its true body was far distant,
As this terrifying strike descended, a massive blood-colored Lizardman beast claw materialized right in front of Su Han, reaching straight for his head.
Spirit Melding Vortex!
Su Han wasted no time, immediately drawing power from his four Angel Envoys, concentrating it in his body, and his Spirit Meld Talent erupted, a pitch-black Spirit Melding Vortex suddenly appearing in front of him.
He thrust the vortex forward, meeting the terrifying beast claw head-on, and with a thunderous crash, an unimaginable burst of energy followed.
Su Han didn’t look back, firing up all his power as a Spiritual Energy Entity with wings as formidable as those of a Blood Prison Dragon burst forth from his back, then he charged towards the distant parts of the Great Blood Sea.
The Queen of Insect Tans followed closely behind Su Han, also unleashing her full power without any intention of engaging further in battle.
Even though it was just a brief engagement, the terrifying force of that strike had already reached the strength of Sixth Order, or perhaps even higher.
Even with his formidable strength, he couldn’t afford to clash head-on with these ancient members of the Lizardmen Clan.
And that was only one of them making a move; even more powerful Lizardmen were still watching from the sidelines.
The light of energy continuously swept out, rapidly spreading to the surroundings, nearly enveloping everything in sight.
Just the force of one strike alone had already caused the Spirit Melding Vortex that Su Han had conjured to collapse.
What do you think?
