After she finished her explanation, Rin took a deep breath and stared at Lucian's face to see his reactions. She just hoped he would believe her words.

After a couple of minutes, he walked out of the meeting area, and just as he got out of the building, he saw a woman standing not too far away from the entrance. Lucian had almost forgotten about her after hearing so many things today.

Skank walked towards him as soon as she saw him walking out. She tried to hide her expressions, but it was obvious she was angry. "Y-Yes, what did you want to talk to me?" she asked.

"What is your name—well forget it, what do you do in the outside world?" Lucian asked.

"I own a jewelry business which is pretty famous; there are many shops all over the city." Skank spoke with pride in her voice, since she had raised it from nothing.

"Are you married?" Lucian asked.

"Yes, you can say that. I pay a man to pretend to be my husband to hide my identity." She replied, wondering why Lucian was asking all this.

"Alright, you can leave now." Lucian said as he turned around and began to walk away, leaving her completely confused. After a moment, she sighed and left, just thinking about what was going on in his head right now.
