Feng Fan smiled at her straightforward confession and responded in kind. "Xiao'er, I love you too." He wrapped his right arm around her in a warm embrace.

Mao Shun quickly cleared his throat, snapping them out of their moment. "Uh… so, about this place… is it ours now?"

Su Xiaoli nodded. "At least until the spiritual qi fully dissipates. We should be able to cultivate here for two to four years at most."

Feng Fan's eyes lit up with excitement. "Nicely done, Xiao'er!"

Feng Fan's enthusiasm made Su Xiaoli chuckle.
