Chapter 474: Chapter 0473: The Foolish Expert (Part 1)_1
“Do I have to have a reason to hit you?”
Wang Kun swung his right hand, trying to break free, but the pale-faced, distracted-looking youth gripping his hand was incredibly strong, like a pair of iron tongs, and Wang Kun couldn’t break free.
“Evil Sect.”
Wang Kun raised his other hand, preparing to give him a hefty slap.
Just as his hand reached mid-air, the youth quickly grabbed it with his other hand.
“Dare to hit me, you deserve to be hit.”
The youth slapped Wang Kun twice on the face, knocking him to the ground, and even two of his front teeth flew out.
“You two, come here and take this guy down,” Wang Kun ordered.
Seeing this, the two muscular men holding Xia Youcai suddenly pulled out two small knives and walked toward the young man.
Seeing the small knives in their hands, the young man instinctively shouted, “Don’t come any closer.”
Looking at the fear on the young man’s face, the muscular men sneered coldly and stabbed at him.
However, before the knives could reach the young man, he kicked out.
Too fast, the muscular men couldn’t dodge. It was like being hit by a car; they flew three or four meters away and couldn’t get up for a while.
“Come at me again, and I won’t be polite,” the youth said to the remaining muscular man.
“Boss, this kid is a bit Evil Sect,” the remaining muscular man said, too scared to approach.
Kicking someone three or four meters away, how strong must he be!
“The kid’s got something wrong with his brain; just coax him and then take advantage of the situation,” Wang Kun, getting up, saw that there was something off about the youth.
Hearing this, the muscular man put away his knife and squeezed out a smile uglier than crying, “I won’t hit you, don’t be rash, let’s just be friends.”
He then walked over.
The youth, seeing he meant no harm, didn’t think much of it. Just then, the muscular man suddenly grabbed the youth from behind, holding his neck, and shouted, “Boss, I’ve got him… I’ve got… ”
Before he could finish, his body suddenly flew up and smashed into the sand, his face and mouth filling with sand.
The youth performed an over-the-shoulder throw, sending the muscular man flying as if on an airplane.
The youth’s gaze fell upon Wang Kun.
Wang Kun shivered. This kid was truly Evil Sect, and today it seemed unlikely he’d gain any advantage.
Thinking this, he scrambled to his feet and cursed, “Xia Qiqi, this isn’t over. Pay back the money soon, or you’ll suffer.”
With that, he led the two muscular men in a hasty retreat.
On the beach, suddenly only three people were left.
The young man turned his gaze to Xia Qiqi and Xia Youcai.
The siblings both cried out at the same time.
“Don’t come any closer.”
“I’m telling you, we are good people, you can’t harm us?”
The two siblings stood far away, looking at the youth with unsettled souls, thinking he was a ghost.
The young man looked at them blankly and asked, “Brother, sister, who are you, and who am I?”
Xia Youcai looked at the young man and said to Xia Qiqi, “He doesn’t seem like a ghost, look, his complexion isn’t as pale as before, it seems like he has recovered some color.”
Xia Qiqi examined the young man and nodded, “It does seem so, maybe he really isn’t a ghost.”
“In this world, where do ghosts come from? Maybe he just drowned by accident and lost his memory,” Xia Youcai said.
“It’s more than just memory loss. Listen to the way he talks, like a five or six-year-old child, he’s clearly an idiot.”
“It’s not clear whether he’s naturally stupid or became stupid after drowning.”
“What do we do now?”
The two siblings crouched on the beach, occasionally glancing at the young man with the corners of their eyes while whispering to each other.
“Why not just call the police? It’s none of our business anyway,” Xia Qiqi said.
“This guy might be a bit dumb but seems to have some skills. Why not keep him with us? When Wang Kun comes after us again, we’ll have a Shield Plate,” Xia Youcai said.
“That doesn’t seem right, taking advantage of someone like that,” Xia Qiqi always felt uneasy about using an idiot.
“Would you rather get caught by Wang Kun, be ‘X’ a few times, and then sent off to work as a hooker?” Xia Youcai cursed.
“Who curses their own sister like that?” Xia Qiqi gave him a look. “We can only use him temporarily until we save enough money to pay off the debt, then we can send him back. Go and sweet-talk him into coming with us.”
“You go.”
“Just go when I tell you to, why all the backtalk?” Xia Qiqi cursed.
“I’m afraid I might scare him with this face of mine. You’re prettier and a woman, motherly even; he’s more likely to accept you.”
Having no choice, Xia Qiqi forced a smile by pulling at the corners of her mouth and approached the young man with a giggle, “Hey, big brother, what’s your name?”
The young man lowered his head and thought it over but seemed unable to come up with anything. He began to anxiously pace in circles on the spot.
“Who am I, who am I, who the hell am I.”
“Don’t push him; you’ll only make him dumber,” Xia Youcai said from a distance.
“Your name is Xia Youqian, and you’re my little brother,” Xia Qiqi quickly said.
Pfft!
Xia Youcai almost died laughing and cursed, “Xia Qiqi, have you gone mad thinking about money? My name’s Xia Youcai, and I’ve been poor for twenty-eight years.”
“Shut up and get lost,” Xia Qiqi cursed.
“Fine, I’m going. Take your time brainwashing him!” After Xia Youcai finished speaking, he picked up his shoes and socks from the beach and ran to the shore to put them on.
Once he was gone, Xia Qiqi smiled at the young man and said, “I’m your big sister, Xia Qiqi, your sister.”
“Sister?” the young man murmured blankly.
Half an hour later, the brainwashing was complete.
Xia Qiqi led the young man back to the shore and pointed at Xia Youcai, “This is your big brother, Xia Youcai, quickly call him ‘brother’.”
“Brother,” the young man called out.
“Damn it, out of nowhere I’ve got a dumb little brother,” Xia Youcai cursed.
“Xia Youcai…” Xia Qiqi grew angry.
“Alright, alright, little brother, you’re my good little brother,” Xia Youcai turned around, forcing a smile at the young man.
“Sister, I’m hungry,” the young man said.
“Then sister will take you to eat,” Xia Qiqi said.
“You’d better buy him a set of clothes to change into. Dressed like that, no restaurant will let him in,” Xia Youcai said.
Xia Qiqi’s gaze fell on the man, and she was speechless.
His clothes were shredded to threads, and completely drenched, making him look utterly miserable.
“Xia Youcai, go buy a set of clothes and come back,” Xia Qiqi commanded.
“As if I have any money to buy them; I’ve given the last of what I had to Wang Kun, and we don’t even have dinner figured out,” Xia Youcai said.
After a moment’s thought, Xia Qiqi took out a hundred-yuan note from her person, handed it over, and said, “Buy the clothes and come back, or else, I’ll never let you off the hook.”
“You still had money stashed away? If you’ve got more, hand it over,” Xia Youcai sprang to his feet.
“That’s all I have; hurry up and go, then come right back,” Xia Qiqi commanded.
Xia Youcai sighed and walked towards Laid-off Street. In just a few moments, he returned with a set of cheap clothes and handed them to her.
What do you think?
