*Flashback 

My eyes opened to an unfamiliar ceiling, and my body ached.

I felt so cold, and I clenched the blanket 

What the hell happened? 

Didn't I have a heart attack?

I had a heart disease, and to pass the time, I read novels. 

Why? Cause I have an unhealthy internet obsession.

So I tried a new style from my usually happily ever afters. Bad idea. 

It can't be that bad, can it? 

Trust me, it was that bad.

The story begins when the protagonist receives a scholarship to a prestigious school, only to face relentless bullying. After the winter break, an opening ceremony takes place, where the male lead is invited to address the student body.

Tragically, the protagonist is dragged into the janitor's closet by their tormentors. Initially, the male lead seems indifferent to the unfolding drama. However, when he finally catches a glimpse of the protagonist's face, everything changes. "The victim's features, pale and illuminated by a sliver of light, eerily resemble the ethereal beauty of his idealized moonlight." As written in the novel. This unexpected realization compels him to intervene, rescuing the protagonist from the bullies. 

So the pursuit began, Fenix was closed off, and then later accepted it. 

Damion bought a house so that they could live together and filled the house with the brands the white moonlight would use so that the shou could look like the white moonlight more.

Originally, he did treat him well, but after seeing that, the shou was in love with him and would forgive him for everything. He started home late every night. Started acting like it should have been the Fenix's duty.

Whenever there was a banquet, Danion would never bring him over, and the only time Damion brought to see his friends at a bar, they forced him to drink, even though he refused and had an allergic reaction to alcohol, he still had to drink. He drank and ended up in the hospital. 

Instead of apologizing to Fenix,like a normal person would, the male lead starts to berate him on how he ruined the party and how he didn't know that he had an allergy to alcohol. Then, he slamed the door at his face.

After that, Fenix never met his friends.

He was like a hidden secret that only a few heard about.

When the white moonlight came back, it turned out that he was gonna die and needed Fenix's kidney badly, so Damion tried to convince the shou to give his kidney.

Honestly, they are so many different ones that make money out of this, and he took Fenix's one.

So when Fenix refused him and asked if this relationship meant anything to him, Damion thought that this was a tantrum thrown by him and said no.

That was the last straw for Fenix, and he completely lost his remaining love and went away.

He met a pretty nice guy. 

You would think that was the end, but nope.

He had to get into an accident and took the identity of the nice guy to care for his grandmother with Alzheimers.

He became a well-known actor in the industry, and everything is going well for him until Damion realizes it's him and starts to pursue him again. 

Then, the author finished posting parts.

I legimately wanted to punch his face and run him over with my car three times just to make sure he was dead.

Some certain people said it wasn't agasty enough.

I just want to ask you something. What do you usually read?

That was how I got a heart attack.

Pretty easy way to die if you ask me.
