Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 369: Crimson Harbinger, the Second Undead

Kent spent the rest of the hours on the outside, resting under a tree in his master's residence. The more time he spent there, the more his anticipation grew for his second undead.

It's already in the creation process, so he was rather happy and eager to see the outcome.

So, after a couple of hours, when the message finally appeared, his smile bloomed.

⟪Your second undead creation is now complete⟫

Kent quickly entered the tower and opened the Necro Forge. However, just before he could enter, Akira and Gaia appeared.

He knew they wanted to enter with him, so they did, and that was when they came face to face with the being that had appeared.

"Wow... That is one scary undead we have here," Kent said, meeting the gaze of a lady who was looking coldly at him.

He knew she didn't mean to look at him like that, but the redness in her eye—or rather, the redness in her single eye, which appeared to glow intensely as she gazed at him—made him shudder in his boots.

He did not know if that was her eyes, just one red glow, but getting looked at by those set of dangerous eyes isn't something to be taken lightly.

"Her name is Sylara, a Reaper and also the Harbinger of souls and blood. But I will call her the Bone Claw Reaper," Akira said with a smile.

She was the one who designed her, so she seemed happy watching her creation come to life. Of course, I had already started weaving skills for her, for she wanted all her creations to be the best of the best.

"This is one terrifying creation, Akira. I never expected the design to look this terrifying yet badass," Kent said, also smiling, for she was indeed a terrifying undead.

Sylara was clad in a form-fitting battle suit made of a dark, almost organic material. The armour has sharp, jagged edges that resemble the claws of a beast.

Red energy pulses through the veins of her suit, glowing intensely at her chest, hands, and knees. A hood covers her head, casting a shadow over her face.

Just looking at her appearance was enough to show just how monstrous the lady standing inside the forge was.

Her most striking feature is a glowing red eye in the centre of her hood, where a face should be. This eye radiates power, shifting slightly as though it were a gateway into the abyss where torment resides.

A long, tattered cloak flows behind her, moving like living shadows. Her gauntlets are clawed, her fingers ending in razor-sharp black talons with glowing red tips.

Her boots are armoured, and they look as dangerous as her claws. Kent stopped and imagined getting kicked in the face by her boots.

The world around her distorts slightly as if the air bends under her presence. But Kent knew from the information he received about her that the air around her was filled with the power of the abyss.

She is a creature of the abyss.

"Hi, can you talk?" Gaia asked, waving at the 2-meter-tall lady.

"Yes," she spoke, but the sound that came out was haunting, far from the sweet tone one might expect from a lady.

"Then, can you tell us something about yourself?" Gaia asked again.

Though Kent could appraise her and gather some basic information or read through the information he received from the tower, hearing it directly from her was much more intriguing.

"I am Sylara, a Crimson Harbinger. I am from the abyss and can harness abyssal energy at will. I have no last name and no relatives."

Her introduction was short yet concise. The chilling nature spoke was also worth addressing.

"Then, can you access all 13 levels of hell?" Akira asked.

"I can go as far as level 12. Level 13 doesn't welcome me, for the Calamity of that place is against the undead."

"Do you have a home in hell?" Gaia inquired.

"No... I can only access and enter any of the 12 levels I have access to."

"What about the underworld?" This time, it was Kent who asked.

"The undead are not welcome in the underworld," she replied.

Her answers were simple and straight to the point. Kent nodded at her response, but he couldn't shake the feeling that there was something more to her—something he couldn't quite place.

"Do you have a second form?"

"No. A harbinger only has one form, and this is the form I will remain in for as long as I exist... And I am an undead so until you deem me not worthy to follow you, I will always remain in this form"

"I see. That can be changed later but for now, it makes sense, I guess," Kent sighed.

The lady before him is a Level 8 Root Ascension stage expert, but the energy surrounding her is more than enough to tell him she is not an easy cookie.

She has the nature of a killer, and looking through her skill set, Kent could tell she has more than enough to handle even a Root Sovereign like the bat he had fought with Kaizo.

He was just a Level 1 Sovereign, so killing such a being would be simple. However, he also knew if the Sovereign was at the 3rd level or beyond, then the battle wouldn't be in her favour.

But there is a fix for that.

"How do you grow? Though I can upgrade you later, you must have a way to grow on your own right." Kent asked.

Kaizo grows by consuming treasures like metal ores, food, and anything that can be consumed.

"By drinking the blood of my kills. I only drink what I kill. Also, consuming the souls of those I kill helps me grow."

"That can be arranged," Kent smiled. "But do you have a specific type of blood you prefer?"

"Blood of dragons, master," the lady said, and Kent narrowed his eyes at her. Behind him, the two lolis were laughing at their master, who didn't know they had a hand in his current predicament.

"You are messing with me, aren't you?" Kent, who sensed something foreign from the lady, asked.

He knew Akira wouldn't create someone without adding a personality such as this. So he check and behold, the Loli added such a personality.

The lady may be dangerous and terrifying, but she has personalities, and one of them is playful.

This was the only good thing about her, as the rest were not suitable.

Cold and calculating. Thirst for blood. Hungry for battle. Cursed Gaze.

Those are her fine qualities in Akira's perspective, so there is no reason to make such a being benevolent.

She only seeks the dangerous aspects that will make her one hundred per cent focused in battle. But after the battle, she added a part that can make her relatable and that was her playful character.

"I don't have any preferences, so provided the blood is from a being who is not lower than my realm, I will gladly consume it," she replied with no emotion whatsoever.

"I have more blood than you can consume. I hope you don't have a thing against the blood of a bat," Kent asked with an evil smile.

The bat currently hiding inside his evil sect is about to have a nasty surprise. The dragon, who still holds a grudge against him, will do everything in his power to end its pitiful existence soon.

"I will be sending you to meet your teammates. One of them will request a spar with you. Accept after he bothers you for a while, but don't kill him.

Although where you will be Fighting him has a no-killing formation, he has already died a couple of times.

He may be an undead, but he is not absolute in the brains."
