Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

After leaving the Green Leaf Auction House, Kent and the two ladies first had dinner in a lush restaurant before leaving for the Shadow Light Hotel, where they spent the night.

Of course, it was Nara and Lady Lani still catching up with Kent, spending the night to trying to gain a good grasp of the dangers he will be finding himself in.

Since he and Nara wouldn't be entering the tower for the duration of the competition, he can only be prepared.

Naturally, the hotel is filled with people who are keeping an eye on him.

Most are even trying to use their senses to spy on him, but he made plans for that. With the tower, if he doesn't want you spying on him, you won't be able to do anything to him.

So after spending the night identifying close to eight people keeping an eye on him, he knew he had walked into yet another trap. As to whether he was really concerned about that, he wasn't.

Even if these people were sovereign, he wasn't about to despair. He wouldn't be able to face them equally in combat, but their souls wouldn't be able to face him in battle either.

Why?

Because his soul is at the Tier 10 stage, making him a Root Ascension stage soul cultivator. So, if they have souls stronger than his, then they wouldn't be able to do much to him.

But even if they have trump cards he couldn't easily defend against, his undead are there for that particular reason.

But until then, he wouldn't cower in fear and run hiding like he would have before gaining the enlightenment.

"Are you sure you don't want us to go with you? Some ants are poking around, you know," Nara said, staring at Kent, who had just informed them that he would be going to register but would be going alone.

Nara, being a night rider, picked up on some people snooping around the night before, so she knew Kent was being spied on.

"Don't worry about them. They can continue following me. But if you are worried about my safety, know that I have everything in the bag," he laughed.

"Just be careful," Nara said, making Kent nod before walking away.

He knew if he wanted to get a good take on the dangers around him, he should let go of the two mysterious ladies with him for now. This would make those spying on him lower their guards.

It would be best to do what he wanted to.

So he left the hotel and headed toward the Pill Tower, which was sitting somewhere in Vastport City. It was currently filled with young alchemists, each there to show their talent.

Currently, these youngsters have arrived to register inside the Pill Tower where the competition will be taking place.

They were each sizing themselves up, with a few even engaging in arguments and some placing bets against each other.

Naturally, just like how there are top sects among the many sects, there are also geniuses among the pill masters gathered.

There are seven Pill Saints in the four kingdoms. They are the seven powerful figures of importance until one of them got greedy and nearly died chasing after Kent's treasures.

Pill Saint Enex died, but he didn't die.

Kent and Kaizo killed a Pill Saint and a sword sage, but they didn't really die.

The ones they killed were mere clones they sent after him with the mindset of underestimating him. That ended badly for them; they lost clones they spent over a decade creating.

So naturally, they are angry, and right now, the seven Pill geniuses who are disciples of the seven Pill Saints have arrived in the Pill Tower about to register.

One of them is, of course, the disciple of the wicked Poison Witch, Annabelle. She is one of the geniuses.

She was the first to arrive, so the moment they laid eyes on her, everyone started muttering, with her fans screaming their lungs out.

The second to arrive was Cedric, a young redheaded man who is the disciple of Pill Saint Barton, the saint Kent fought over the poison sac with during the annual auction.

Naturally, he is not against Kent, for his master has already convinced him that if he meets Kent and they can't become friends, he should keep his distance.

So he wasn't like Annabelle, who kept looking around, searching for Kent despite the warning her master gave her.

Then the disciple of Pill Saint Enex, the Pill Saint whose clone Kent killed, also arrived. She is a beautiful green-haired lady who came barefoot.

She is known as the Spirit Alchemist; she is the most genius among her peers. Too bad she found herself with a master who is greedy for others' treasures.

She walked in and sat in one of the seven VIP seats meant for the seven geniuses.

Soon, all seven arrived, with everyone sizing each other up.

"Cedric, I learned your master is friends with that brat. Does that make you his ally?" the disciple of Pill Saint Desmond asked.

His name is Lucas, and while his master hasn't interacted with Kent, he was just as greedy as they all were.

Basically, only Pill Saint Barton doesn't have his sights on Kent's treasures, so their disciples are after him, and knowing he will be coming to the pill competition, they all want to size him up.

"I don't have time for your nonsense, Lucas. Instead of focusing on a swordsman, why don't you think about the perfect Pill Master? Or are you confident you have what it takes to win this competition?"

Cedric smirked, causing the faces of the six sitting around him to turn gloomy. While they are all there to conquer Kent, they may have forgotten about their true target, the Perfect Pill Master.

It was like a wake-up call to them, but just before they could dive in, a new figure appeared, walking into the large hall with his hands behind him and a mask covering his eyes down to his nose.

Kent arrived wearing the mask he had worn for his battle against the evil sect, a sign that he wasn't worried about the idiots hiding in the shadows following him.

"Hmm, it looks like I'm not late." He smirked, took off the mask, and then looked at the seven graceful individuals portrayed as their generation's alchemy geniuses.

A smile appeared on his face when he met Annabelle's gaze.

"Kent... you are finally here," Annabelle said, gritting her teeth as she clenched her fist.

"Indeed... why, did you miss me?"
