Chapter 1932: Chapter 1932: There Should Be No Daytime
…
Although the people of Poison Valley were not wiped out by An Jiuyue’s own hands, the triceratops and the beastmen, who also resided within the Microcosm, had some of their points transfer to the marketplace when they eliminated someone.
Before leaving, An Jiuyue had carved out two more plots of land to cultivate the medicinal herbs from Medical Valley.
Over half a month later, in another plane—Eternal Night.
“It’s so dark; is it night already?”
Yuu Rong, who came out with them, was momentarily unaccustomed to such darkness because it was still broad daylight when he was on Huayan Peak.
...
“Big brother, sister-in-law, should we find a town to stay in first? It’s only been a short while, and it’s already dark.”
After all, it was his first time venturing out with them, and he was unaware that some planes had their specific environments; the daytime on Huayan Peak wasn’t the same as daytime across all planes.
An Jiuyue took out three luminous pearls from her space, using them to light the way ahead.
She had exchanged for these earlier in the Points Space because of the Eternal Night Plane; even without knowing exactly what this place was, just hearing the name gave her an idea.
“Each of you take one.”
She distributed the luminous pearls to the other two.
“Qian Jiyun, this plane likely doesn’t have a daytime, or perhaps the day is very short, which is why it’s called the Eternal Night Plane.”
“Probably.”
Qian Jiyun responded, noting that very few from the Eternal Night Plane ever made their way to Huayan Peak, and there was only one camp, its guards numbering less than a third of Battle Cloud Camp.
Moreover, those who entered Huayan Peak from this plane were very tight-lipped and never mentioned anything about their own plane.
Hence, he really hadn’t managed to gather much information about the Eternal Night Plane.
“Let’s walk a bit further and see, perhaps we’ll find out.”
“What?”
Yuu Rong was completely bewildered upon hearing their conversation. @@novelbin@@
A plane without daytime? How could such a plane exist? He had never heard of it before.
But then, he had never ventured to other planes, and had not even stepped into Huayan Peak or Wulong Mountain, so naturally, he wouldn’t know about such situations in other planes.
Without the sunlight, how did the people of this plane live, and how were crops cultivated?
What did they eat and drink? Could it be that the plants here were accustomed to growing at night? That was a little too bizarre, almost unbelievable.
“Big brother, sister-in-law, are you serious? This plane really only has night?”
He couldn’t fathom a plane where there was only night; he surely wouldn’t be able to survive in such a plane.
“Don’t know.”
Qian Jiyun shook his head, extending the luminous pearl in his hand further to better illuminate the path in front.
“Yuu Rong, follow behind us, and be careful. An Jiuyue, let’s go.”
What kind of plane it actually was, they would have to discover for themselves. As far as the thing they were looking for, everybody had a mouth to ask with; they would surely find it.
After an hour of travel, the three of them finally arrived at a small town.
Unlike other planes, despite the absence of even a speck of starlight in the pitch-black night, the town was ablaze with lights and bustling with people, lively as ever.
What do you think?
