Almond had to sleep after finishing level 4 of Soul Refinement Well, but all in all, he progressed his Soul Constitution to 1000 at the end of the 4th day on this floating island in the temporal chamber.

And that's also when his body and power resources began heating up.

Almond focused and looked at their sources in his source space, getting details out of them as they upgraded to adapt to his current power system, though his newly developing Innate Talent still wasn't awakened yet.

Special rank things or powers meant they were special, and had special conditions to them. Almond knew that from the special-rank stuff, he got so far.

'So this innate talent is shared between me and that dragon, but it mainly belongs to that dragon and develops the effects based on the dragon's progression.'

Almond's eyes glinted. 'Mystic Dragon World…Big D might know about this world. I'll ask later.'

'For now, it's time to get my body constitution to 1000.'

Almond still had 11 days to spend in this chamber, so he didn't leave yet and started training using the Eternal Tapestry of Refinement.

Five hours later, Almond saw his progress and almost winced.

'Too fucking slow…'

'I guess simply using Prana does increase the stat, but it's super slow.'

In five hours, he only increased his Body Constitution by 5 points.

Compared to the Vitalis Crucible Tower's energy, it was nothing.

But he couldn't leave yet as he had to reap the benefit of Temporal Chamber since sending 15 days here would only mean 1 day in reality.

Almond opened the book and re-read the last section of the Eternal Tapestry of Refinement. He didn't need to previously since he was going to the Vitalis Crucible Tower, but he knew the last section was about increasing the speed of training even with Prana.

'So that's how it is…' Almond raised his eyebrows. 'Isn't my Golden Haze Lighting and Lumeir perfect, then?'

Simply coursing the wild Prana through the thread that passed through every single cell of his body did refine his body at a slow pace.

However, according to the method, he could transform the Prana into an energy created by the user with their elemental assets to empower the refinement and increase the speed.

Almond began cooking a sequence combining the best suitable attributes of his elemental powers for this process.

Golden Haze Lightning's empowering, healing, and supportive attributes.

Light element's energizing, healing, and gentle attributes.

Wind element's fluidity and cleansing.

He created an asset with those attributes and then created a sequence, combining that asset with a few technical assets as well as a technical aspect of his Sand of Vibrant Wave element, specifically, the 'vibrant' part to shape the energy.

It took him a few hours, but he was finally done and began training.

In the thread of Eternal Tapestry coursed this new energy that began the refinement of his body.

The refinement's effectiveness depended on his elemental arsenal's power.

If it was Lily instead of Almond, she would be progressing faster in this method as her elemental masteries were higher.

Still, Almond was progressing way better than simply using wild Prana.

He checked the result after ten hours, and his Body Constitution reached 243 from 205.

It was indeed way better than getting 1 point per hour.

Almond then continued training without stopping for days.

When only 3 days were left, Almond opened his eyes and finally stopped.

He inspected himself and saw that his Body Constitution reached 619.

'The speed slowed down as I continued, but this is good,' Almond clenched his fist. 'Wait for me. I'll be there soon, Lily, Admiral, and everyone.'

Almond then went to sleep and woke up seven hours later.

He still had time, so he decided to expand his Prana Sea using his Prana Art now.

Maw of Awakening Embers began whirling in his Prana Sea as Almond activated it.

The phenomenon of a storm of wild Prana gathering once again began and the emergency protocol of the island was also activated like last time.

Since he was going for a rather significant expansion of his Prana Sea, he had to handle this with care.

It took him a whole day to safely expand his Prana Sea to the maximum limit as set by his Soul Avatar's size, which was already at the maximum limit of Mortal-rank Lifeform.

Looking at his stats, Almond breathed in satisfaction.

'I am on time, but anything could happen. No need to rest,' Almond's eyes blazed as he looked at his status.

After leaving and returning to the Central Lobby, he directly went to the Vitalis Crucible Tower and started training.

He left after reaching the 101st floor previously, but started on the 331st Floor this time, as suggested by the Tower due to his increased Body Constitution.

He had a total of 50 hours in this tower, and he had already spent 21 hours last time.

When he still had 6 hours, Almond stopped training and opened his eyes on the 500th floor.

He finally reached 1000 in his Body Constitution.

Only Arcane Constitution remained, and it was easy for Almond, though he had actually hit the limit in that.

Returning to his mansion, Almond went to sleep first and then woke up several hours later.

'Let's see if there's a good one suitable to me, that can help me finally awaken my space elemental mastery as well make progress in some other things. I also better get some more Intents as they will give a huge boost to Arcane Constitution.'

Almond tapped on a dimension's name and was impressed at the detailed information.

Just as he continued looking for the one suitable to him, he got Zek's call.

[Zek: We just selected our first mission. It's about helping a civilization from a corrupted Griminion tide in one of the lower-spectrum worlds. It's a perfect starting mission, and there will be more factions there to complete this mission. The points we get will be based on our contribution.]
