Chapter 354: Chapter 354: Domain Suppression (3rd Update)

The battle formation collapsed, and the experts of the Duanmu Clan and the Liushui Family simply couldn’t withstand the attack of the ferocious Transformed Demon Race. Many spat blood the moment the formation was breached and were then sent flying by successive attacks, blood spurting from their mouths. The members of the ferocious Demonic Light City Demon Race had almost entirely lost their human forms, looking like monstrous behemoths. During his days with the Duanmu Clan, Sun Wukong had crossed paths with this young Duanmu Liufeng a few times. The boy had just reached Demon Lord level, had good talent and character, and was very much to Wukong’s liking. Now that he had encountered him, Wukong certainly couldn’t just stand by and watch him die before his eyes.

With a light shout, the Ruyi Golden-Hooped Rod flew out from his ear, turning into a golden light charging at the demon that was attempting to kill Duanmu Liufeng. Harsh, blinding golden light burst forth from the hole as a piercing scream shattered the air, and the demon was burned to nothingness amidst flames of chaos.

Duanmu Liufeng, having narrowly escaped death, looked uncertainly in the direction the Ruyi Golden-Hooped Rod had come from and saw Sun Wukong floating in mid-air. His eyes immediately lit up.

“Great Saint, please take action and save everyone!”

Duanmu Liufeng flipped over and knelt on the ground, pleading desperately with Sun Wukong.

“Rest assured, leave it to Old Sun!”

Sun Wukong nodded his head, a glint of chilling cold light flashing in his eyes. The next moment, his Heaven-Breaking Domain spread out, enveloping the entire battlefield. The ferocious Transformed Demon Race that had been crazily slaughtering the experts from the two great families suddenly felt a heavy weight upon them, their movements turning sluggish, whereas the experts from the families were not affected at all.

Mastering the second stage of Domain Power, the Control Phase, meant one could decide within the Domain who was restricted and who was not, no longer indiscriminately treating everyone the same as during the First Phase.

“What are you waiting for? Do you really expect Old Sun to take action himself?”

Sun Wukong used his Domain Power to suppress the Ferocious Demon Race. With his Domain Power suppressing them, the strength of these demons, which had greatly increased after receiving the Divine Demon Qi from the Duotian Divine Demon Formation, was reduced, roughly matching the strength of the two major family clans.

Reminded by Sun Wukong, the experts of the two great families snapped out of their shock, and immediately roared out their strongest attacks against the Ferocious Demon Race. After being suppressed for so long, and with so many of their brothers and kinsmen dead, they now finally had the chance to fight back, and they were not the least bit polite!
