After they finished eating, Qin Xue paid the bill, took the packed food, and left the restaurant with Mr. Mo.

“Mr. Mo, where do you live? I should take you home.” Qin Xue looked at the night sky, she had been here for quite a while and this was the first time she was out so late. The lit lamps on the street seemed to guide the passersby to return home early.

“No need, I live nearby. You should go home early.” Mr. Mo didn’t want to trouble her, he could do it himself.

“How could I let you go home alone? Come on, let me take you home, then I can go home early too.” Qin Xue was not comfortable letting him go home alone so late at night. The best solution was for her to get him home, then she could return to her own. She was worried about how Xue Ling and the children were getting along at home, she did not want to delay any longer.

“This is my place, would you like to come in for a drink?” Mr. Mo asked Qin Xue as they arrived.

“No, thank you, Mr. Mo. I have children at home, I can’t rest easy with them alone so late at night. I won’t stay any longer, I’ll be off now. We can go out to have a nice meal when I’m free.” It was only now that Qin Xue voiced her concerns. “I see, well that works too. We can dine together when you’re free. You’re really piqued my interest, why wouldn’t you tell me about your circumstances? “Give us your money.” One of them didn’t seem bothered by Qin Xue, they were just after her money. However, the other one had more sinister intentions after seeing Qin Xue’s appearance, she was too captivating.
