REINCARNATED AS A BUSINESS MAN

"Signature dish? Did you hire a 4 star chef to create a signature dish for the restaurant" Veronica asked with glittering eyes.

In the society Hutton is currently in, a signature dish can only be made by a 4 star chef which will be approved by the World Chef Union. Although this situation has received a lot of criticism from the public especially the chefs, the Union didn’t even get fazed from it since this will help prevent some unwanted or unknown diseases to spread among these same people.

At first Hutton wanted to make the dish himself for the restaurant since he was the one that invented the dish while he was on a mission during his past life. But after knowing about the WCU[1] strict rules, he had know choice but to hire a 4 star chef with the help of the Mayor of the city.

"Yeah, he should be arriving at this time" Hutton answered with a calm smile on his face. But Hudson who is beside had a blank look on his face as he thought.

’Is this the Hutton I know? How in the world did he get the money to hire a 4 star chef?’

Hiring a 4 star chef to cook a casual and simple for a person can be really expensive not to mention making the 4 star chef to cook his or the other person’s signature dish.

Not too long after Hudson had this thought, a yellow colored taxi suddenly park right behind the Corolla Hutton came with.

"Sorry that am late" Right after the taxi parked, a voice trailed out of it as a man in casual clothes came out. This man looked to be someone in his mid 30s as he have a dark brown hair, a pair of dark brown eyes which strangely fit his smoothly tanned but matured face.

He has a slightly robust body with a height of 6 foot 5 inches which is the same height with Hutton. FYI[2], Hutton is a very tall guy among both his pairs and people who are older than him so this implies that the man has the perfect body to be a bodybuilder.

"Guys meet Scholes Hamilton. He will be the new head chef of the restaurant" Hutton said with a satisfied look on his face as he stares at the tanned man who was approaching them.

"I think he will be more suited in the security guard of the restaurant" Hudson said sternly as he observed Hamilton body.

"Don’t be rude" Veronica rebuked with a unpleasant look on her face before she quickly changed it into a friendly smile as she approached Hutton while saying.

"Hi, am Veronica and am the manager of the restaurant"

"Its a pleasure in both meeting you and working with you in the future" Hamilton replied with a honest smile on his face.

’Jeez, I was just joking’ Hudson thought as he planned on introducing himself to Hamilton. But before he could do that, Hutton suddenly spoke up.

"Now that you have meet the manager, can we proceed into the restaurant and create the signature dish?"

"Of cause" Hamilton answered with a light smile on his face.

"Then this way please" Hutton respectfully said as he walked towards the restaurant entrance.

’Can’t he just wait till after I introduced myself?’ Hudson thought with a gloomy look on his face while he followed Hamilton and Veronica towards the restaurant entrance.

’Well I must say, am impressed’ Hutton thought right after he walked into the restaurant with a stunned look on his face. Unlike the shabby look the restaurant had before, the restaurant now looked completely classy.

The restaurant first floor only have been made up with different rooms that was located at both sides of a hall way. At the end of this hallway is where a marble decorated counter could be seen while at left side behind the counter, an elevator could be seen there while stairs could be located at the side right beside the counter.

While Hutton was slowly going through the hallway, he could see chandeliers hanging on the roof of every room located in the first floor of the restaurant alone!

"The elevator directly leads to the third floor where the owner’s and Manager’s office along with the kitchen is located. While although the stairs could also reach the third floor, a emergency door is right above the second floor to block any trespassers" Hudson suddenly explained after arriving right beside Hutton.

"Well then let’s test the elevator. Besides it’s the kitchen we are going to first before sight seeing the other parts of the restaurant" Hutton suddenly said as he walked to wards the kitchen. Along the way, Veronica and Hamilton finally caught up with him.

The elevator is colored in the natural ash color which can’t be compared to the green and white colors which decorated the whole first floor. After pressing a button beside the elevator and wait for a few seconds, the elevator finally opened in which Hutton and the others walked in.

After patiently waiting in the elevator for some moments, Hutton and the others finally arrived at the third floor as the elevator opened.

Unlike the first floor, the last floor hallway is slightly larger as two doors can be seen at the right side of Hutton while a single door is at the left side.

"The two doors at the right leads to the kitchen and the manager’s office while the door at the left leads to your office Hutton" Hudson explained while he pointed at the three doors respectively.

"Lets go to the kitchen first" Hutton said before he walked towards the door closest to him along with Veronica and the others.

’I can’t believe the restaurant will transform so much just from the money Hutton had to renovate it’ Veronica thought with a hard to believe look on her face.

But apparently, both she and Hutton didn’t know that the Mayor of the city secretly helped them in the renovation of the restaurant. If he didn’t, there was no way the restaurant will be this classy.

After Hutton and the others got into the kitchen, they immediately became surprised. The kitchen is actually bigger than they expected as six cooking gas lined up at the right side of the room while various utensils and kitchenwares were neatly arranged at the left side of the room.

Further down the kitchen, they could see at least three sinks lined up right after the cooking gas while a door is found at the opposite of the sink.

"The door leads to store room" Hudson said after everyone observed the kitchen for a few moments.

"Did you put the food items into the room like I requested?" Hutton asked with a glittering look on his face.

"Yes" Hudson answered honestly.

"Ok Hamilton, you can start preparing the signature dish while we observe you" Hutton suddenly said with a calm smile on his face.

"Right now?" Hamilton asked with a surprised look on his face.

"Of course" Hutton answered with the same calm smile on his face. After Hutton hired Hamilton to be his head chef of the restaurant, he informed him about the signature dish he created during his past life in which he wants to use as the special dish of the restaurant.

Although Hamilton was totally clueless about the dish Hutton was talking about. But he saw Hutton make it and he tasted it, he couldn’t believe his mouth. So since then till now, Hamilton have practiced on making the dish at his home almost every single time.

"I wonder which signature dish he will make?" Veronica asked with a expectant look on her seductive face.

"Well it’s nothing too special. It’s just a seafood combo dish" Hutton suddenly said while staring at Hamilton who began to prepare the dish.

"Have he made it for you before?" Veronica said with a curious look on her face.

"I am the one that invented the dish girl" Hutton said as a smug look crept up on his face. But when Veronica heard him, she immediately burst out laughing.

"Boss, I didn’t know you could crack jokes like this" Veronica said while she tried to calm herself. But as soon as she noticed Hutton which have visibly darkened, she immediately shut herself up.

’Seems like I need to discipline some people so that I can be respected more’ Hutton thought with a bitter feeling welling up in him.
