Reincarnated With A Glitched System: Why Is My MP Not Running Out?

Chapter 1549 1549: New Ores

-----

After having gotten everything done in there, Aquarina quickly packed the Orichalcum Golem's body and its broken core for material purposes, mined a few of the spirit and magic crystals and ores growing in the caves, and then they decided to get going.

Something unique they had realized about this cave is that according to Khepri, it was most likely a meteor that fell from the skies, which carried the Doppelganger larvae within its interior, most likely frozen.

"It explains why when you mined it you got a bunch of new ores, right?" asked Khepri.

"Yeah!" Aquarina nodded. "I got Meteoric Iron, Star Silver, and even something called Meteoric Crystal. They seem to be alien ores from outer space, and got interesting fiery properties, aside from being very red… I bet Sylphy would be so fascinated with this."

"She is an Alchemist, right?" wondered Silvia. "The more you talk about this Sylphy girl the more I want to meet her, Aquarina!"

"I guess she would get along with you guys just fine," Aquarina said. "She's incredibly friendly… I doubt there's a person she can't befriend if she tried hard enough."

"She's that cool?" Justicio wondered. "Wow, how did you even get her to lov- Never mind what I said."

"What were you going to say you brat?!" Aquarina groaned grumpily, smacking Justicio's head.

"Ouch! I didn't say anything! Hey, stop hitting my head! It hurts, Aquarinaaaa!2 Justicio kept complaining.

"You're literally harder than steel now!" Aquarina said. "And you were going to say something mean didn't you?!"

"Eek! Someone help meeee!" Justicio started running away from Aquarina back to the village.

"Come hereeee!" Aquarina chased him around.

Silvia, Pyuku, and Khepri glanced at the two of them running away, giggling a bit.

Eventually, once they were back to the village, they decided to visit Aquarina's house and have some dinner there.

Although they had just eaten stew an hour ago, they were already hungry again, the way back home was pretty long, and they came running.

Their bodies were big and strong, so they needed a lot of calories and proteins to get by.

Once there, Aquarina's parents greeted them warmly, as they were already cooking dinner, and invited them to eat without problems.

There was a huge feast of roasted, grilled, and fried meats of various types that Aquarina had hunted lately, the Sky Eels, Oasis Wyrm, Feathered Serpent Wyverns, and now they added the delicious salt they found in that place.

"So you explored a meteorite which had a cave inside?!" Nepheline asked.

"A-And there were lifeforms not from this world in there?!" Shade screamed.

The parents were shocked of the little adventure the kids had, they even fought damned aliens from outer space, which they had absolutely no idea existed!

"There's no wat we didn't knew about this! What in the world…" said Nepheline. "How are we going to tell this to the rest of the village?"

"There could be more meteorites scattered across the Dry Steppes…" said Shade. "It could be dangerous if these monsters eventually find the village, based in the description they gave."

"Yeah, I guess it's time for us to do something," nodded Nepheline.

"But we can handle it on our own, mom!" Aquarina complained, while still eating a big piece of meat.

"Dear, I know what you mean, and we won't disturb your little adventure," said Nepheline. "We'll simply inspect the entire Dry Steppes quickly and find if there's anything dangerous we haven't noticed before."

"Ah… Okay," Aquarina nodded, surprised of the amazing power of her parents to just cover a whole region as big as the Dry Steppes on their own. "Anyways, tomorrow should be the last expedition outside for us. After that, we'll just stay in the village training for the most part I guess, right? After all in like three days we have to go to the Inheritance Trial."

"Yeah," nodded Silvia. "We can't spend too much time outside; we have to also train and get stronger! Even if a little bit more."

"You've gotten plenty stronger already…" Justicio said. "Khepri is a total cheat and not fair, she's way too overpowered."

"Hey, I got my weaknesses as well!" said Silvia. "Like… Um, like Mana! Yeah I don't have too much of it, like, Khepri asks for a lot of it."

"So her power is great but she's very Mana Intensive…" said Aquarina. "I guess if you increased your Magic Circle cultivation a bit more, it should work properly."

"Hm, but how do I do that? I've been trying my best…" said Silvia.

"I suppose cultivating alone will take its time," said Nepheline. "The best you could do is conjure spells until your Mana runs out, then refill it and do it again, all while forging runes into your magic circle. We used to do that when we were younger to make us grow faster as heroes."

"W-what can refill Mana so quickly?" Silvia asked.

"Mana Potions, duh," said Aquarina. "They can be done using the Mana Crystals you find inside of monsters, we got a bunch of them. The bad thing is that the more Mana Potions you drink the more they could negatively affect your body, burning your insides… But we're tough, so I bet that won't be a problem. And I can heal you with Undine if the worst comes."

"U-uuh, I am not so sure anymore…" Silvia was doubting this new "fantastic" idea that Aquarina and her mother had. "Is it really worth it?"

"Yes it is! Think about it, Silvia. The more Mana you have, the longer I can be summoned! Wouldn't that be enough?" Khepri asked.

"I… Eeeh, I guess?" Silvia muttered. "Fine…"

"I would also like to do the same too," said Justicio. "The higher my Mana the better…"

"Sure, let's do it with you two then," Aquarina nodded. "Don't worry about this mom, I'll take care of it."

"Well, if you say so…" her mother nodded. "Now, let's enjoy dinner and then your friends should get going back to their houses, it's already very late and I bet their parents are worried!"

"A-Ah, you're right, auntie…!"

"Sure!"

Silvia and Justicio started eating very quickly after hearing Nepheline's words.
